CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER Shoots A Crash Scene In Cleveland Set Video
As we await photos of other costumed stars of the Captain America sequel who are certainly in town for the Cleveland shoot, video has surfaced of Nick Fury, the MPDC police and a car crash!
The ninth day of Marvel Studios' Captain America: The Winter Soldier shooting in Cleveland, Ohio, involved more scenes with the Metropolitan Police Department in hot pursuit of S.H.I.E.L.D. director Nick Fury (Samuel L. Jackson). Capturing a Penske truck slamming into two of the police cruisers, incidentally helping out Fury and his shot-up SUV, NewsChannel5 has footage from the shoot. Also, as the scene below is part of a larger car chase in the Marvel sequel, Hollywood stunt coordinator Steve Davison, meanwhile, had nice things to say about the sequence. "They are always a big challenge because you maybe have to come up with new stuff," Davidson told Motor Trend about car chases in general. "And they’re doing a big chase on this “Captain America” one right now – I’m just the stunt guy on this one – but they got some real good stuff that they’re going to do. I can’t really talk about any of it. But it should be good." As for sightings of other Captain America: The Winter Soldier stars, besides Jackson, Chris Evans, Scarlett Johansson and Sebastian Stan are currently filming different scenes at another Cleveland location; one that has been sealed off from sightseers and ultimately prohibited set pics of the actors in costume. Someone did, however, photograph the vehicle Steve Rogers (Chris Evans) was seen behind the wheel of...pictured below.
