CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER Tower City Mall Scene Detailed

We already know about the kiss between two heroes at the Tower City Center mall location in Cleveland for Captain America: The Winter Soldier yesterday, but new details have emerged about this scene. Read more after the jump...

It was the kiss that turned the Internet upside down yesterday on the set of Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Now, ComicBookMovie.com's The Daily SuperHero has been provided some some scene details about this location shoot. So read on if you dare.

Per one of The Daily SuperHero's on location spies, some specifics were told about why Steve Rogers and the Black Widow were incognito in the mall scene wearing a hat and hoodie, respectfully. They are being hunted.

More specifically, Rogers and the Widow are being hunted down by this new S.H.I.E.L.D. Strike Team which has Brock Rumlow on it and is rumored to have another S.H.I.E.L.D. agent, Jack Rollins, on the team too. It was also said that Rumlow is not the "ringleader" as some might be assuming.

The leader of this Strike Team was described as a tall, caucasian female with long dark hair pulled back and in a full leather bodysuit. Immediately, Maria Hill was thought to be leading this Strike Team but the source could not confirm if it was Hill. But if it is her, it might mean Hill and Nick Fury are on opposite sides of this apparent division within S.H.I.E.L.D. ranks.

Also, per the on location source, walking next to the tall, dark haired woman was an thin, beautiful African-American woman who appeared to be working with this Strike Team. The goal of these ladies, and the Strike Team, appeared to be to hunt down and find Rogers and the Widow.

What does all this mean? No clue except that this Strike Team appears to be on the side of the bad guys who think they're really the good guys—or something like that.

Finally, the source took a quick photo from the West 3rd and Lakeside set and said the stunt double for the Black Widow was fighting with the Winter Soldier and at one point she was on his shoulders and flipped off of the villain.

Figured they were being hunted, and were trying to avoid detection. Still think the smooch will have a lingering effect.

Hill vs. Widow! Bring it!

@NBAfan, I definitely think that the kiss will lead to more for these two in this movie and upcoming films. It just makes sense. IM, Thor and Hulk have current love interest and Cap is the only one who has solo movies that doesn't.

I can see a Civil War build up here if it was Maria Hill...And how is all this going to effect the Avengers 2? Exciting stuff!

@Intruder - exactly what I was going to write about Redford, Zemo and Hydra. Damn. OR red skull in disguise. But I'd go for (and prefer) Zemo.

Sonofabitch, can't wait for this flick to drop! This is, by far, the flick I'm looking forward to THE MOST!

Let's go, Cap'n!

No way Redfor is Zemo. You need a younger actor to play Zemo for the action. I wouldn't be surprised if Redford was Red Skull. But I'll take another actor playing Zemo.

Winter Soldier, Crossbones, Baron Zemo? I don't know where this is heading but thus far I like it. Not to mention Widow and the Cap being more involved than I originally thought.

I see where this is going.

Hill leads the taskforce thinking she is doing good things.

Rumlow and Rollins (seen in the resent pictures) and maybe every other member of the taskforce turn out to be bad guys working for Redford´s villain character.

By the way is it confirmed Redford is a villain?
I remember it was only rumored.

I agree on Zemo thing. Role needs someone younger. Redford could play the older Zemo yes that i can see.

Coster-Waldau would be so perfect. Or Thomas Kretschmann.

Who is the African-American woman?
Is it Misty Knight?

It's interesting to note that the Black Widow was the love interest for Cap in the animated version of the Avengers. I'd be interested in seeing if it goes that way in this iteration.

But Agent 13 is in this too, so why would Cap and Widow be intimate. Think it through guys.
