CONFIRMED: Second CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER Trailer To Debut During Super Bowl

According to Marc Graser of Variety Magazine, Marvel will debut the second trailer for their upcoming film, Captain America: The Winter Soldier. Marvel has been doing this for previous films, such as The Avengers and Iron Man 3, but we'll have to see how much this reveals about the film.

After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy—the Winter Soldier.

Sweet. We'll probably get a Guardians trailer within the next month, definitely in March since that's when Cap2 is being released in some countries. I'd say it'll be posted online latest by March 20th.

Are they? Advertising time during the Superbowl would drive a small island nation to bankruptcy, so I doubt even Disney would dare to go any further than 30 seconds. They did that for the Avengers and IM3 (with an extended 1 min trailer online however), and then released a final, full length trailer sometime in March.

Hopefully a full length Guardians trailer isn't too far away either.

Yes... Gunn has mentioned that GOTG is not getting any Super Bowl stardom. It's like Disney has no faith in the project and just expects it to suck shit for some reason. Only official shit we've gotten is low quality pics of cups and a picture of all of them standing in a line up.... Marvel ain't doing so hot on the advertising market... They better not pull a DREDD.

Thegambitfreak-gunn never said that we wouldnt , he was making ajoke about nasa finding a constellation called nebula and he joked that it was disneys promotional marketing for guardians and said next they are gonna give another glimpes but it wont be for a coulple of months

While it's a bummer we will probably not have a Guardians of the Galaxy teaser with the Super Bowl, The Amazing Spider-Man 2 and Captain America: The Winter Soldier are easily my most anticipated blockbusters of 2014, so I'm pretty stoked to watch the new tv spots.

orgasmicpotatoe-batroc has no costume in the movie and its probably just a cameo,a fight scene with cap and crossbones i dont think will have a mask in this movie but who knows? we still got future movies

Why is everyone surprised they aren't showing GOTG yet? They have to promote Cap first and then GOTG. They did the same thing with Thor and IM3. I do hope they ramp up the promotion of cap here soon.

tdi-well its really expensive to do a promo over 30 seconds during the superbowl so im guessing it is 30 seconds during the superbowl but they will show an extended version online
