Exactly! In Avengers I understand that they wanted to follow the original comic lineup but giving War Machine a lame a** comic book story ark was f's up. He could've at LEAST had his name mentioned or a slight cameo. Then in Iron Man 3 they did his character crappy again, the only thing Warmachine did in that movie was fly and kick a door down.

Mackie will do great because he's a great actor, but it's up to Marvel on if he'll ever get more screen time in possible sequels.

That's total BS, If that was the case his character would've never been in the film...lol Regardless what the hell it's called if War Machine (or iron patriot which was also a dumb idea) is in the film have him doing some stuff worth seeing. You can't pacify that ish my brotha!

How you going to go from having a badass war machine and doing all kinds of action in Iron Man 2 to have him in Iron Man 3 basically doing nothing.

They should've kept the name/look of war machine in Iron Man 3. And just say after the attack in New York, we humans needs a weapon such and such...... War machine is that weapon!!!

Agreed. Ironman 3 should of had a more significant role for war machine in his suit fighting alongside Stark. Speaking of black superhero characters...id love to see luke cage come to life in a movie. Perhaps avengers 3?

The only reason they changed War Machine's look to the Iron Patriot look was toys. And that's disturbing. Marvel needs to be careful they don't build a house of cards in a quest to make more money.
