I love the way the Red Skull's mask slips him after Cap punches him in the face. He looks so evil!

This was a pretty cool scene.
In the theatre three girls were sitting next to me and when Red Skull starts to tear his face off they threw thier hands over theyre faces and looked away in horror.

This movie was so good. And I'm not saying that as an bleeding heart fanboy. It actually was a great movie. Great tone, great acting, great action, great story. It's the best Marvel movie IMO. Johnston did an amazing job with the WW2 vibe and Evan's knocked the Cap portrayl out of the park!

Didn't see the movie, but this clip- Hugo really makes the iconography of Skull real, realistic, alive, a real human being that exists inside a comic book page-image; the wide shot of explosion happening in the background while they talk a little bit is atmospheric, though I'd liken it to last a little longer, but it's great in subtly reminding of the context of scene, director even made sure it's sound is detailed although pretty silent. But what they're doing in the scene looks so silly that I don't even want to watch the film. I don't know, nothing about it doesn't atract me for longer than an hour from seeing a new clip

It didn't work for me. Too much infantile and Red Skull is a joke - a strange mix of Jim Carrey's Mask with Schwarzeneger accent.

This movie was amazing! I love it. If I could I would definitely go and watch it again. Definitely the best Marvel movie by far. It wasn't only a good CBM, but it was a good film in general. The way they made Red Skull's face was incredible. Johnston did a fantastic job, he deserves an award for this film.

The UK reviews have started flooding in within the news papers and reviews so far are not great!! Averaging 2.5/3 out of 5 stars only daily mail (which nobody listens to) gave it 4.

Just got back from seeing CATFA. Really pleasantly surprised at how well Johnston captured the essence of the period, and how great Evans did as Cap. Not only a good set up film for the Avengers, but a good stand alone movie. Well written, cast, acted, and directed. For those of you going to the premiers tomorrow, have fun and enjoy!

This was great when I saw it yesterday. I like the threads left open for sequels too.
I liked Thor a little bit more but only a little bit.

Green Lantern is released in Australia in 2 weeks... (shhh, don't tell the audiences that it bombed - we might still get a sequel)

Capt America played it safe just like all the Marvle movies before it.. Avengers will do the same. Dark is GL first 15 minutes of the movie.. that was great, just wished it would have stuck to their guns.. Dark Knight obviously takes chances thats why its good.. Simple minded Marvel fans will be content with these movies and know that its not woth buying because when you see it once you dont need to see it again..for a while.. Iron Man is the only acception. Whatchmen, Batman movies.. are my examples of a movie you can see over and over..

I could watch this movie again and again. I could watch disoriented bucky from this scene many more times. It was too funny. I only wish there was more Bucky and Cap scenes in the film. Well, flashback sequel will just have to do that for me. :)
