Mondo Poster For CAPTAIN AMERICA: THE WINTER SOLDIER Revealed

Fans were hoping that Mondo would release a poster for Captain America: The Winter Soldier, and they have! Featuring artwork by Rich Kelly, both a regular and variant edition will go on sale via the @MondoNews Twitter account at a random time tomorrow. Hit the jump to check them out!

After the cataclysmic events in New York with The Avengers, Marvel’s “Captain America: The Winter Soldier” finds Steve Rogers, a.k.a. Captain America, living quietly in Washington, D.C. and trying to adjust to the modern world. But when a S.H.I.E.L.D. colleague comes under attack, Steve becomes embroiled in a web of intrigue that threatens to put the world at risk. Joining forces with the Black Widow, Captain America struggles to expose the ever-widening conspiracy while fighting off professional assassins sent to silence him at every turn. When the full scope of the villainous plot is revealed, Captain America and the Black Widow enlist the help of a new ally, the Falcon. However, they soon find themselves up against an unexpected and formidable enemy—the Winter Soldier.





Starring Chris Evans, Anthony Mackie, Cobie Smulders, Sebastian Stan, Scarlett Johansson, Frank Grillo, Felicity Jones, Georges St-Pierre, Hayley Atwell, Toby Jones, Emily VanCamp, Samuel L. Jackson, and Robert Redford, Captain America: The Winter Soldier is set to be released in 3D and IMAX 3D in the UK on 26th March and in the US on April 4th.

i thought the same thing. Mondo is super talented and does awesome work, but this image is trying WAY too hard. not a keeper.

I saw the film its really good. action scene in begin had too much shaky cam and too many angle change but got better when film went on and winter solider score was good.

this movie was awesome!!!!!!! winter soldier was soo bad ass, mcu's greatest bad guy! cant wait to see it again. make sure you guys keep an eye out for all the cameos.(especially the ons non-comic book related)

What the heck is wrong with Winter Soldier? His entire arm and shoulder is way off. Just glaringly anatomically incorrect. Ridiculously so. Even Black Widow looks like she's only half-finished. They usually knock these posters out of the park, and everything else looks fine, but as a whole this leaves a lot to be desired.

I can recognise that, as I recognise that this wasn't drawn well either.

Look at that arm. Are you seriously telling me you think that looks good? The idea is awesome, just not executed well. It's out of proportion with the body.

Humperdink, Those drawings are INCREDIBLE! Seriously, those are really top-notch stuff. I definitely encourage you to put together an article of just your drawings and put it in the proper place, probably not as an editorial but maybe Fan Fic. I can only speak for myself, but I'd love to see even more of your sketches. Seriously great work, man.
