I bet you people saying this artwork is bad love crap from people like Greg Land. This is actually HAND DRAWN instead of being overly photoshopped and air brushed crap.

This is what Hawkeye in Whedon's Avengers should've looked like. Renner was too bland and boring. Althpugh he's a terrific actor, his take on Hawkeye is just too dull in my opinion.
