DC Collectibles Unveils Superman And Wonder Woman "The Kiss" Statue

The infamous first kiss between the Man of Steel and the Amazon Warrior became world famous when it appeared on the cover and in the pages of JUSTICE LEAGUE #12. Now, it's been immortalized by DC Collectibles in this stunning statue based on the art of Jim Lee and sculpted by Tim Bruckner. The eagerly anticipated statue measures approximately 14.3" tall and will be available September, 2013.

I wish they would stop ramming this couple down our throats. It doesn't even make any sense. What, they 'love' each other because they have similar powers and moral compasses? So? The more natural romance is Batman and Wonder Woman, as ridiculous as that may sound.

Am I the only one who hates the Idea of Clark and Diana being together? IMHO it takes aways from their respective identities being linked in that manner. They are 2/3 of DCs trinity and they need to be the heads of their own worlds.
