If people are interested in Stan or Marvel they should read Marvel: The Untold Story. It doesn't go out of the way to disparage him but it doesn't shy away from all the shit he pulled either.

How about posting the whole interview–and if it isn't available, wait till it is–as opposed to this one question per video stuff, which is damn irritating.

lol when you realize both of these guys are old enough to be in a retirement home and it starts to seem like "Late Night for Old People"

They both have a similar way of speaking actually. It either comes from being a pronounced celebrity, or a person of that time.

We're in between SUCH a long period of no CBM's. AOU was good but left me strangely satisfied yet unsatisfied.

It will be a "slow news day" basically until after the New Year and BvS opens.

wow. just wow. i'd always assume Stan would get a few thousand here n there (even that's too little) from these billion dollar movies, or at least the cameos would be a back door way to pay him but not even for the cameos! pathetic! maybe after Disney feige got rid of that frugal exec that would be reversed? if that's the case, whats Fox and Sony's excuse?

There's not even a new Marvel one-shot to look forward to on the AOU Blu-Ray. Btw- I have a GREAT idea for a one-shot. It involves Ronan's father when Ronan was a young boy beating a young Ronan mercilessly for turning down a challenge from another boy. In the old school Kree, you NEVER turn down a challenge from an opponent - EVER! That's why Ronan was confused and flummoxed by Starlord's "dance off" challenge in GotG.

The other boy had challenged Ronan to some kind of contest after their training and young Ronin is tired and turns down the other young warrior-in-training's challenge. Ronin's father is watching unbeknownst to the young Ronin. He confronts Ronin who is surprised that his father was watching and then he demeans and punishes the young Ronin for being weak and turning down the challenge.

This would actually make the scene in GotG not only more grounded, less distracting but funnier as well!

my thoughts? where is the written follow up on his comments?

this article seems lazy without it. I understand why mr Sundaywhatever doesn't add a written portion to his articles as he's directly or indirectly Paid through video clicks (which I won't click for some stubborn teason), but this isn't even patels Stan Lee interview... so it just seems like a really lazy article for me.

also, I'd probably get disappointed in what Mr. Lee has to say... so not seeing it may be for the best.

Its rare to find any truth coming out of his mouth the last few years (decades). his opinion is bought and paid for so much from studios that he's become someone I can't admire, sadly.

he'll always be a legend, but he's not the man I remember.
