During San Diego Comic-Con this year, Harley Quinn and Barbara Gordon voice actress Tara Strong was there to promote Batman: The Killing Joke, but it appears that Ms. Strong went out on the Con floor and cosplayed as her favorite character, Harley Quinn!
It should be noted that Tara has cosplayed as Harley Quinn before and let's just say she makes the outfit look good! Check out her tweets below:

Batman: The Killing Joke is set to be released on digital download on July 25, 2016 and on Blu-ray/DVD on August 2, 2016. The film stars Kevin Conroy as Bruce Wayne/Batman, Mark Hamill as The Joker, Ray Wise as Commissioner Gordon and Tara Strong as Barbara Gordon/Batgirl
