Following his New Mutants, X-Men: Dark Phoenix, and Spider-Man bombshells from last week, Jeff Sneider, of The Tracking Board, shared another interesting tidbit on today's episode of Meet The Movie Press as he revealed that a major villain character from Deadpool 2 may have been cut.
According to his sources, Jack Kesy (12 Strong), who was rumored to be playing the villain Black Tom Cassidy, has been cut from the most recent version of the film. “I heard he got cut from the movie. […] I don’t know if we’re gonna be seeing Jack Kesy in Deadpool 2. We’ll see.” He does add that he personally has not seen the movie nor does he know anyone that has, but a trusted industry source did reach out to tell him about Kesy's uncertain status, which strongly suggested that his villain had been removed from the theatrical cut.
