Deadpool 2 is set to open this weekend, and the latest box office numbers point to The Merc's second solo adventure finally prying Thanos' gauntleted grip off of the box office.
20th Century Fox's blood-soaked sequel is expected to make between $130 million and $150 million on 4,200 screens in North America, putting an end to Avengers: Infinity War's three-week rule at the #1 spot.
