A Wrinkle in Time was one of my favorite books as a kid, so I'm pretty excited for the movie. It kind of seems like they're making a bit too much of a standard fantasy adventure like Harry Potter or Percy Jackson, but I've got a feeling it will still be good.

@Valdez - Disney is going to f&%$ it up the way they f%#@ed up Peregrine's Home for Peculiar Children. Calling it now. Remember how Fox f*%#ed up "The Dark Is Rising" from Susan Cooper? Officially titled "The Seeker". What a fiasco. I mean, they so clearly could have done an amazing job with it but decided they knew better than the actual author. Good grief.

@Argetlam22 - I don't think Disney made Miss Peregrine. I think it was Fox.

I'm here for the obligatory reference.

"I'M MARY POPPINS, Y'ALL"

You're welcome.

@ScarletWarlock - Wow. All those years of build up to infinity wars and they just end it with a 5 second movie. Who would have thunk it.

It's like Oprah Winsley was trying to do her Viola Davis impersonation. I have do admit she does pretty good, she monologues dramatically and everything, I can hardly tell a difference.

@solargeknowles - I know, but she can be a great Viola Davis impersonator.

All I can think about is Infinity War. I am useless to the world until May May 4th.

Looks interesting. Still not crazy about the whole "take an upbeat song and make it darker and serious-er" approach, but other than that looks pretty solid.

Also, just back from Apes. Great conclusion to a great trilogy. And yes, Batman looks to be in very good hands.

@Ruthless - Also, if the rumor I just read about the Batgirl casting turns out to be true... neither of us is getting what we wanted.
