He may no longer have the Time Stone, but Doctor Strange still has a reliable timepiece guiding him through the multiverse.
In a fun bit of cross-promotion, Jaeger-LeCoultre has shared a pair of new photos from Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness, featuring Doctor Stephen Strange (Benedict Cumberbatch) sporting their Master Ultra Thin Perpetual Calendar timepiece with a silvered grey dial.
No spoilers, but the second still where Strange is seen grabbing a drink is actually from Christine Palmer's (Rachel McAdams) wedding reception. As for the first image, we're not entirely sure of the context, but it seems like he might need to fix up his watch at some point to help him on his multiverse-traversing mission.
Expect a lot more photos to be released over the next few days.
Specific plot details remain under wraps, but in addition to Cumberbatch reprising his role as the Sorcerer Supreme, the supporting cast will consist of Elizabeth Olsen as the Scarlet Witch, Benedict Wong as Wong, Rachel McAdams as Christine Palmer, Chiwetel Ejiofor as Baron Mordo, and Xochitl Gomez as America Chavez.
The film is set to premiere on Monday, so be wary of spoilers in the coming days, especially as the embargo is set to lift early the following morning. Make sure to check CBM that night for our thoughts as soon as the credits roll!
Doctor Strange in the Multiverse of Madness is scheduled to hit theaters on May 6, 2022.
