Kevin Feige Talks DOCTOR STRANGE, Thanos, The Infinity Gauntlet And Much More
Kevin Feige talks about everything from the sight of Captain America's broken shield to the significance of Josh Brolin (Thanos) wearing the Infinity Gauntlet on stage at this past weekend's San Diego Comic-Con and much, much more. Hit the jump to check it out!
In an interview with Collider, Marvel Studios President Kevin Feige addresses the significance of a scene in Avengers: Age of Ultron which features the team spending time together in Avengers Tower. He also teases Thanos' importance in the Marvel Cinematic Universe now that Josh Brolin has been confirmed as playing the iconic character, as well as whether or not we'll see the villain play a bigger role in the recently announced Guardians of the Galaxy 2. Perhaps most interesting are Feige's comments about future heroes when he's asked if Marvel intend to follow the comics by race swapping or gender swapping certain characters like Captain America and Thor. "It's more likely that we'll see some of the existing African American or African African characters come to life," he responded, and that last part sounds an awful lot like Black Panther, eh?
