Easy answer: Kilowog. Kilowog is too much for BRB. The ring has too many abilities compared to his little hammer. However BRB would put up an honorable fight.

I love both characters, but A gotta give this one to Beta Ray Bill. He's beaten and held his own against Thor, Stardust (a herald of Galactus), and Omega Ray (Asteroth) just to name a few. All of whom would make work of Kilowog..........

It would be a great fight, but I think Kilowog would come up on top. He's innovative, and would find weak points in BRB's tactics, and then take advantage of them.
