Amazing. I remember this from before. I am in love with the last panel. They are all brilliantly done, especially Dr Cortex, who I am genuinely surprised made an appearance! Oh, and the inclusion of Gusto is phenomenal.

Dat last panel do (see, I'm interneting, yea!!) This was truly outstanding work by you guys. I remember it well, as it helped to influence me in writing my own fan fics for the site. Great jobs Doop and NCF, all my thumbs be yours!!

We're gonna have a modest-off now, honestly, I've always thought the artist is more deserved of credit. Without your art, my scripts would never have seen the light of day (at least not the current ones) and I owe you big time for actually taking the time to take something I worked at for maybe a day and you turned it into something I never really thought I'd see it as. You have no idea how humbling it is to have a talent like yourself bring my brainsplatters to life like this and honestly, man, I cannot be more thankful to you for taking on my imagination and making it real.

And it's not like either of us are gaining from this. Sure, people see these and they read them and it's gratifying for us to receive such good responses, but we do this because we enjoy it. We do it because of a love for storytelling no matter how brief or how ridiculous it is, we do it because we want to entertain and we want people to see what we've worked on and we want them to take pleasure from it.

That's the philosophy that keeps me writing. The idea that not only am I creating a world that even for a few seconds people invest themselves into, but that it can be related back to no matter who, where, or when you are. It's out there and it can be in someone's life, even if only briefly. And that wouldn't fully happen without your illustrations Doop. I genuinely owe you a debt of gratitude, man, not because you drew the story, but because you made that world a thing of substance, depth and relatability rather than just words on a page.

I can't express the full magnitude of how grateful I am that you took the time to bring life to my scripts but on the highest level possible I just have to say: Thank you.

Yeah, it's great to see even that people are being inspired by what we've done, like @BenjiWest and I'd love to see one of his Tales of the Supermax illustrated by someone, because they're brilliant and he really works at them and maintains a story (something I've only done on two occasions).

I'll get working on another Funhouse soon, I've got one ready to post later on but I feel like it's been a while since I did a big one like this.

How's SS coming along actually? The first one looked great.
