FAN CAST: Batman 2

A fancast in which I show my Batman 2 cast, and apologize for the problems I have caused.

Howdy guys, before I start my fancast for Batman 2, I just want to apologize for any problems or issues you guys had when I posted my Wonder Woman fancast.

I do NOT blame you guys for being angry that I posted three different fancasts in over a day and I will not do that again, I certainly see the problems in doing so. I also wanted to level with you guys, I noticed that a lot of you were complaining that I had deleted your comments from it, but I had no idea that you guys ever commented in the first place, hence I never deleted them. I am really saddened that I did not get too see them and I hope that maybe you repost your comments onto it, and I am even more sorry if you misinterpreted that I did not want you guys opinions.

Anyways, here is my Batman 2 fancast!

Henry Cavill as Bruce Wayne/Batman

Henry Cavill, in my opinion, is a really good choice for Bruce Wayne and Batman. After seeing a lot of you guys opinions on the matter, I have noticed it seems a bit lopsided. Some of you like it, some of you dont (LEE, I am talking to you for the most part LOL), which is cool. But I am entitled to my own ideas so thats that haha.

Olivia Wilde as Vicki Vale

I am really just bringing her back for continuity, I was originally planning on introducing Catwoman and just getting rid of Vicki but I actually am one of the people that hated the fact that they always introduced a new love interest every film in the Burton/Schumacher series.

Jackie Earle Haley as The Joker

I am hoping you guys see where I am coming from with this, Jackie is probably the creepiest looking actor in Hollywood right now and his acting talent is remarkably awesome. He was the best thing in Watchmen and early reviews are saying that while the A Nightmare on Elm Street remake is terrible, Jackie's performance is still brilliant. I get goosebumps from thinking of Jackie pulling off The Joker, not on Heath's level, but none the less brilliantly.

Chris Pine as Harvey Dent/Two-Face

I wanted to take advantage of the fact that Pine had played Dent in the first fancast, so I decided to introduce Two-Face into it as well. I am not killing Two-Face off though, neither am I The Joker. I want to keep villains around like the comic books.

John Hurt as Commissioner James Gordon

After a little thinking, while I really do like Hurt as Gordon, I might replace Hurt in the third Batman fancast. Only really because I feel I should aim a little younger for the role.

Penelope Cruz as Renee Montoya

I wanted to bring in Renee Montoya just to create a love triangle dynamic between Renee/Bruce/Vicki. Besides, bringing her in now is probably best.

Anthony Hopkins as Alfred Pennyworth

Why not?

Mo'nique as Amanda Waller

I am ultimately bringing The Wall into the mix to setup a possible formation of the Suicide Squad for my JLA fancast coming soon. Besides, in my series Batman is the one who forms the Justice League, so why not develop why he does it?

James Gandolfini as Harvey Bullock

With the inclusion of Gordon and Montoya, it really makes sense to bring in Bullock.

Dominic West as Salvatore Maroni

With the inclusion of Falcone in the first fancast, why not introduce Maroni? Heck, afterall, it is Maroni that turns Dent into Two-Face!

Eion Bailey as Thomas Wayne

I am really just bringing Bailey back as Thomas Wayne just for flashback sequences.

Mackenzie Crook as Joe Chill

Crook really does not look like Chill fromt he comics, but he does have somewhat of a similar look to Richard Brake so I figured why not?

Geraldine Hughes as Martha Wayne

Same reason as Eion Bailey.

Cavill is my third choice for a new Batman

Wilde would make an alright Vicki Vale

REALLY can’t see Hailey as Joker, he doesn’t look like the character and he’s too old, it’s not even about Heath he just isn’t right for the part. Crispin Glover on the other hand was born to play the Joker!

Pine is a decent Two-Face

Yeah Hurt is far too old for the part

The rest of the cast is fine

@NinjaTurtleFan- Nolan HAS NOT by any stretch of the imagination, made the definitive Batman….he really hasn’t. If this was the definitive Batman then Bruce Wayne would not consider quitting being Batman. Batman would not talk like a retard. Joker wouldn’t wear make-up. The realism aspect would only be shown in the performance of the character not the possibility of the universe (i.e. powers etc) Christian Bale wouldn’t be Batman. Batman would build his own equipment, Batman wouldn’t be stupid and Bruce Wayne would not so obviously be hiding something. Sorry but the closest thing to the definitive Batman we have so far is Batman: TAS. Nolan’s is just his version, certainly not definitive.

I like the idea of Pine as Two-Face. He fits other parts better though.

Good cast but I don't know about JEH as Joker I would rather see Crispin Glover , Joseph Gordon Levits or James Franco. Pine is a little too young to be TF.Cavill would be a better Supes but all of the rest are good.
