Jason Biggs - Leonardo
My reason for this casting is because Biggs is voicing Leo in the new TMNT series from Nickelodeon. I'm looking forward to what he will bring to the role.
Mark Salling - Raphael
I don't watch Glee that much, I honestly think it's hit and miss but the acting in it is pretty good. To me, Mark Salling kinda fits because he's role in Glee starts off as a douche then progresses and Raph is kinda of a douche at times.
Andrew Garfield - Donatello
Andrew Garfield has Donatello-like voice to me and he's a great actor.
Matt Smith - Michelangelo
Just give Matt Smith an American accent (if he can do one) and we have our Michelangelo.
Jet Li - Master Splinter
Jet Li is awesome, he would make an awesome Splinter.
Rachel McAdams - April O'Neil
April O'Neil is supposed to be hot and Rachel McAdams defenitly has the hotness and she can act!
Taylor Kitsch - Casey Jones
Taylor Kitsch looks like Casey Jones and he was one of the few good things about X-Men Origins: Wolverine.

Rainn Wilson - Krang
Rainn Wilson is a very funny guy and Krang was pretty funny in the show so why not?
Kevin Durand and Skeet Ulrich - Bebop and Rocksteady
If Bebop and Rocksteady are in the reboot, I wanna see a badass Bebop and Rocksteady. Kevin Durand is perfect for Bebop and Skeet Ulrich would defenitly be a great Rocksteady.
Samuel L. Jackson - Baxter Stockman
He's Samuel L. Jackson, he can do anything!
