Okay, I am not in favor of remaking the original trilogy, but I'm not against it either.

Here is who I would cast if they did remake the original trilogy. I am casting the ones that had major and/or major-ish roles in movies.





Michael Angarano as Luke Skywalker



Nathan Fillion as Han Solo



Jessica Biel as Leia Organa



Chiwetel Ejiofor as Lando




Matt Sloan does the Voice of Darth Vader



Ian McDiarmid as Emperor Palpentine



Neal McDonough as Grand Moff Tarkin



Kenny Baker returns as R2-D2



Anthony Daniels returns as C-3po



Peter Mayhew returns as Chewbacca

Yeah, I have to agree with demonhunter25, James Earl Jones is the only guy who can do the voice of Vader.

so luke skywalkers twin sister is significantly older then him yeah makes sense. and No the original trilogy doesn't need a remake and I'm not even massive star wars fan. If anything needs to be re done its the prequels.

@demonhunter15 I thought something a little new would be better, and if you have played Star Wars Force Unleashed 2, you will see that Matt does a very good job.

She's only five years older than him, and Mark Hamill is five years older the Carrie Fisher.

The only one I wasn't a big fan of was The Phantom Menace, other than that one all the other Star Wars films were great.

@RunDTC What I hated about it is how the made Anakin seem like such a punk. But other than that is was pretty good overall.

Your Luke and Leia picks are definitely not the same age. If you are going to keep the rest of the cast then why not keep James Earl Jones he is Darth Vader anyone else just sounds dumb. Also where is Obi Wan?

Mark Hamill and Carrie Fisher aren't the same age, they are five years apart, just like Michael Angarano and Jessica Biel.

Matt Sloan did Vaders voice in the Star Force Unleashed series and he does a great job and I think he should get a chance.

I couldn't think of anyone for Obi-Wan. I almost put in Ewan McGregor, but he's too young.

@sexymuppet Seriously? What is so awful about my casting other than that it is casting of an original trilogy remake.

Because I'm guessing that is what everybody hates about this.

I'm not against a recast...but I'm not a fan of your choices. Here is my list

Luke= Zac Efron (Not kidding)

Solo= Ryan Reynolds/ Aaron Eckhart/ Nathan Fillion

Obi= Ewan

Lando= Omar Epps

Grand Moff Tarkin - Alan Rickman

Emperor= Ian McDiamarid

Boba Fett= Temuera Morrison

all voice acting stick with original actors.

@ender Dude! You should have not put Zac Efron in there.

I honestly don't hate that choice, but if a Star Wars fan sees that, they are going to criticize you beyond belief.

I like the rest of the casting with the exception of Efron and Epps.
