Fan Castings

First thing first, I love when I see Fan Castings because it gives us a lot of hopeful potential that the studios will hear our demands and we get good casting. Some here are devoted to vocalizing their picks over others. Well here I'm gonna give a small rundown of my casting picks. I'm only gonna do a few that I feel really need to get the perfect casting. First off Red Skull, from the fan cast poll there was Jackie Earl Haley, Ralph Fiennes, Mods Mickelson, and Daniel Day Lewis. One recent post said Mark Strong for Red Skull, I sorta agree with that he was amazing in Sherlock Holmes but I'm going with Daniel-Day Lewis. For one reason only, the performance he brings to movies are amazing and he can play a sadistic madman. Anyone whose seen gangs of new york or there will be blood know DDL is an amazing actor and gets nominated for everything he's in. If he is casted the performance with Red Skull would be dead on if not better. He would be nominated instantly by his sheer amount of devotion to his character. I want them to focus on him as Villainous leader rather than someone Cap Fights in an epic showdown, Red Skull should be all atmosphere and not knowing what he may do.*phew* okay with that casting done, onto the next one. My next fan cast is Alita from battle angel alita, now whether or not James Cameron directs or produces, I have only one pick for Alita, Ellen Page. Shes the right size, shes cute, shes sarcastic, and she can be trained to kick butt. Plus I know shes in a lot of Independent film like movies and I thinks she needs to broaden her performances. Next is Cassie Hack from Hack/Slash, first F*$@k NO to Megan Fox, she can't act to save her life. Ok, now for the pick, I'm going straight for Kat Denning's she said she would love to do it and well she does have the goth girl look going for her. Quick Pick, her partner Vlad should be played by either Derek Mears or Kane Hodder, i don't care either one would work. Next is Dr. Strange, now this is a tough one. I gotta go with Viggo Morttenson, he gave a great performance in History of Violence and Eastern Promises. Also his last "real" blockbuster moments were the Lord of the Rings movies. So there are a few picks that I think are good choices. I know I will get a lot of posts and comments so I'm prepared.lol. BlackAirs out

DDL would overshadow whoever they picked for Cap.

Red Skull needs to play a good villain but not
be bigger than Cap! Mads Michelson is such an
actor! So is Ralph Fiennes. DDL is just overkill
for the supporting roll of Red Skull!

I can't really tell what's going on. You need to structure this a lot better even if there are no pics. Like...

"Red Skull/Johann Schmidt- Daniel Day Lewis

Dr Strange-Viggo Mortensen"

You know what I mean?

Anyway Liam Neeson for Doc Strange, @ LEEE you know nothing of the crunch ;D

@DDD look at heath ledger in the dark knight, he overshadowed everyone and that was a great performance. @ryden this was in editorials so thats why it may seem oddly made. Also Liam Neeson is too old for Doctor Strange.

@black Air- No he isn't, Doc Strange has always been an old character..Neeson is perfect

@Ryden- We may get Ultimate Strange. He's slightly younger

@BlackAirs- I don't really want to see an Ultimate anyone...mainstream Marvel Universe is the best and the original. I wouldn't want Marvel to get any ultimate stuff, Nick Fury is enough ;)

@ryden-considering all the marvel movies except Iron-man, Hulk, Thor, and Captain America are the only coherent universe of marvel so far, I doubt we will get any set movie universe. Also in a way Norton's Banner is kinda like the ultimate version of Banner. Now don't get me wrong Neeson is a great actor but he's not really a leading man anymore, I know he was in the lead in Taken and he's one of the A-team members but he's already played a hero and villain already, so I think his comic book movie days are kinda over. the hero is Dark-man and the villain is obviously Rha's Al Ghul.

@BlackAirs- Not really, Norton's Banner is a mix of the 616 universe and the tv show..and eventually we will be getting a multi-movie universe. With Dinsnew now owning Marvel, the goal is that they will by back the film rights from other companies like Fox, Sony etc and reboot franchise like X-Men, Spider-Man or Fantastic Four and encorparate them into the marvel movie universe which is being created now

Also Liam Neeson is still very much a leadign man. Taken is proof of that.
