The film would be set in modern day(give or take some DC events). The film's main character would be Barry Allen but all the flashes would be in the film and have major roles. Barry Allen has just recently returned from the dead, Wally West is a young Adult and Bart Allen is a teenager. The speed force would play its role and the members of the speed-force would be in the film. The origin stories of the 3 flashes and kid flash would be told in the open credits.
The Plot: The Rogue's have lost countless times to the speedsters and look for a new approach. The come in to contact with Gorilla Grodd and other minor villains, with their new behind the scenes leader, they have become a unstoppable force. The flashes cannot deal with the new strength of the Rogues , so the speedforce lends a hand to fight back. Meanwhile the flashes must take to other matters. Barry and Wally have to take on a new crisis as their wives have been kidnapped and captured by Reverse Flash and Professor Zoom. Bart Allen must battle Inertia as he causes chaos.
