Good Job, Very Original but I'm not feeling Hugh Jackman as Marcus, thats my only gripe.
Edgar Ramirez, Ali larter, Woody Harrelson and Hemsworth are great choices.

this is the best Gears cast I have seen on here most of your choices are great except Bob Sapp as Cole Train. I think there are better choices out there like Lester Speight who plays him in the games, Terry Crews or Boris Kodjoe.
My only other thing is, I think Jackman is too good looking for Marcus, I would go with Nick Chinlund or Josh Brolin.
Harrelson as Dizzy is perfect.

- I've also thought of Hugh Jackman and Famke Janssen in the roles you've picked. For some reason, Adam Baldwin's a good choice if we want a more visual representation.
- I loved Bob Sapp in The Longest Yard ("He broke-ded my nose!"). I could somehow see him match up to Lester Speight's performance in a movie.
- Can't see Chris Hemsworth as Damon Baird. Yes, he may look like Damon in some respect, but I see Justin Hartley in the role.
- Unsure about Josh Duhamel. He's more of a light actor.
- You should use current pics of Ali Larter, because she has bigger boobs now. AHEM! She's a stupendous choice as Anya. Though I've thought of Katee Sackhoff as Anya (a character similar to hers in Battlestar Galactica).
- Definitely with you on McDreamy as Chairman Prescott.

The rest of your choices are good.

I understand the Jackman questions so let me explain my thinking. My cast is rather large with some big name established actors in it. While some of the other guys y'all mentioned might be a more natural fit as Marcus, I didn't think they had the star power, name and screen prescence to handle the lead role of a film with so many big names on it. I didn't want Marcus to get lost in the shuffle.

Of the big name actor stars that can really handle the role and fit the mold, I felt Jackman was the best option. He needs to be a bring a little more grit and nastiness to the character then then he has shown in his films but he's the best choice for my particular fancast with the other actors I have chosen.
