A man wearing the armor seen before goes out the front door, he then runs into Tony, grabbing his neck and choking. Rhodes tries to react, but J.A.R.V.I.S. then warns silently Rhodes for his communicator to him down the stairs and use his gift. The man with Whips says his name is Blacklash.
BLACKLASH: You will regret to have fired Mark Scalloti!
Tony is surprised, but he presses a button on his watch, a laser hits Blacklash. Rhodes goes downstairs and finds a beautiful armor with heavy weapons.
Blacklash secure the mother of Rhodey with his whip. Tony runs to yield a waiter, so many agents of SHIELD come into conflict with the waiters. Civilians run out and can be heard noises of weapons and grenades inside. Tony tries to escape the crossfire, Phil notes that one of the top floor, Natasha Romanov is quietly talking on the phone. Phil speaks with Carol and soon the two go up to confront Natasha, but are greeted by gunfire.
NATASHA: You'd better not poke me, agents! I am the messenger of death! I'm Natasha Romanov!
Carol then starts shooting angry.
CAROL: I do not care! I'm miss the wonderful arts.
The bullets just Natasha and Carol for not throwing a grenade falls on the side of Carol and Phil, they tumble, so the gun Carol falls downstairs. Natasha and Carol start fighting hand to hand. Tony then throws a laser Scalotti, hitting against the wall. Scalotti gets angry and then he raises his whip in maximum power and attacks Tony. They are struggling, meanwhile Rhodes fight against terrorists and sees the superior floor Natasha Romanov. Rhodes go full speed and attacks Natasha, who then deviates.
NATASHA: You're Not Stark! You are not the Iron Man! You are a War Machine of the government.
Natasha shoots the ark of the generator armature Rhodes. The armor of Rhodes electrocutes him and then he loses control. Natasha jumps on the back of Rhodey and throw on his helmet. Tony then just confront Blacklash, but the terrorists / waiters distract Tony and Blacklash flees. Tony runs and saves Rhodes´ mother, who is in the midst of the fight.
At Tony's mansion, Happy is waiting for Pepper in the car. Pepper soon gets into the car.
PEPPER: Oh! I forgot my purse.
Happy then enters the house, but far away, terrorists fired a missile with a bazooka. Pepper then gets out and sees the missile. She runs into trying to save Happy. The missile reaches the mansion and explodes. Pepper is a little bruised but Happy is terribly injured.
Tony flies back to the party and see that there's no waiter / terrorist at the place. Rhodes is locked in the armor without comunication sistem. Tony leads Roberta to an ambulance outside that is aiding the wounded. Rhodes is screaming inside his armor, but nobody listens. Tony then tracks the armor of Rhodes and goes to the designated place. Tony extends his arm to Rhodes, then a hologram can be seen from the armor of James Rhodes.
TONY: Open armor. Password: 5710STARK
Rhodey's armor opens and he leaves. Rhodes is very stressed and worried about everything, mainly concerned with his mother.
RHODES: Where´s her, Tony?

RHODES: I just want to know if Pepper and Happy are fine.

Carol Danvers by helicopter and shoot Phil Coulson in the reactors Ark of armor. Only the War Machine armor is disabled and goes over a culvert.
CAROL: We must go faster!

CAROL: Speaking as president and ask permission for the arrest of Anton Vanko, leader of the Dynamos.
TONY: What are the Dynamos?
PHIL: A Russian government group. Are as S.H.I.E.L.D. Russia.
TOY: Why do not you speak with the president?
PHIL: Why Hammer sold some of their armor for the Russians. And Vanko accused S.H.I.E.L.D. arming against the russian government.
TONY: I´ll fly to there son as I talk to Pepper.
CAROL: There´s no time , sir!
TONY: PLease! And You can´t boss me arround!
RHODES: But I can.
Rhodes gets inside the armor that Tony was preparing.
RHODES: What´s up?
TONY: What the hell? You are really patetic.
RHODES: I´m not working with them. I´m here because the army order. No personal reasons.
THREE AND A HALF HOURS LATER
Tony and Rhodes are flying high over the ocean, Tony is angry because Rhodes is using his armor to S.H.I.E.L.D.Tony is using a new key with the reactor Ark triangular. The two are close to the accommodation of the Russian president and soon they are attacked by androids created by Justin Hammer and sold for the Dynamos. Tony and Rhodes destroy many droids, then Tony notes that the androids are made of metal and it triggers an electro-magnetic propulsion. The androids are dismantled in the middle of the sky. Rhodes is destroying any until Tony drives the electro-magnetic propulsion. All the droids are destroyed, Tony demands to speak with the president. After a few hours talking with the president accepts Tony, but Rhodes has to stay outside. Tony enters the presidential room with his armor , the president is sitting in a chair behind a desk.
PRESIDENT: What you want, Mr. Stark?
TONY: One Martine! But first of all I want the armor that were sold to you are destroyed.
The president is angry and confused at the same time.
PRESIDENT: Why?!
TONY: Because these armors that you were sold were not legally sold. They have been sold by Justin Hammer, not by me. The leader of your Secret Service knew that too.
The chairman is furious and walks to the door. Tony looks at the president curious. The president and sign with his hand to some guards opened the door and two guards walk through the door ready to shoot. One of the guards is Stan Lee.
GUARD 1: Yes, sir?
The president looks to Stark and smiles.
PRESIDENT: I want Anton Vanko on Russian territory until midnight tomorrow.
TONY: You can trust us!
PRESIDENT: Alive!
Tony and Rhodes start flying from Russia. The president sits at his desk and wait until all the androids are melted. Justin Hammer is sitting in his office signing some papers, when Natasha Romanov enter.
NATASHA: Good afternoon!
JUSTIN: Hello! Can I ask you a question?
NATASHA: Sure sir.
JUSTIN: Where were you yesterday afternoon?
NATASHA: Resolving some issues.
JUSTIN: Why do I have a computer recording of Tony Stark that shows you stealing his files. For whom?
Natasha looks with an air of superiority to Justin Hammer, she presses a button on his belt. An alarm is triggered in S.H.I.E.L.D. Nick Fury is in the office of Tony Stark and Pepper waiting Happy reach the hospital receives a notice of Natasha. Nick then takes her cell phone and call an unknown number.
NICK: Send the Guardsmen!
Natasha puts his hand forward while the chains Hammer, Anton Vanko that time comes.
ANTON: What is this?!
JUSTIN: Your girlfriend is a Russian spy!
Natasha comes off easily from the chains and run the room, Anton and Justin try to chase her, but soon get tired. Justin picks up his communicator and puts him in the ear.
JUSTIN: Hold Natasha Romanov!
Scalotti was close from there , he grabs Natasha whit his new armor´s whips and throw her on the wall.
MARK: She was captured, Mr. Hammer.
Justin Hammer then sits on his desk and Anton Vanko is standing beside it looking at the papers they are signing Justin. Mark Scalotti enters the room .
JUSTIN: Do you like the new armor?
MARK: I loved it! What else does she do?
Justin delivers some files to Mark, he then reads the files and smiles wickedly.
ANTON: How's my armor?
JUSTIN: It will be ready in two hours.
Justin sees the screen of your computer that Tony is coming to the Stark Industries. Justin Vanko looks with an air of sarcasm.
ANTON: Once the time of testing.
Pepper and Happy, who is with his arm in plaster, arrive at Stark Industries. Nick Fury surprises them in the office of Tony.
PEPPER: Mister Fury ...
NICK: Well see you again, Miss Potts.
PEPPER: What do you do here?
Nick presses a few buttons on the wall. The Stark Industries is fully sealed. The office door from Stark sobposta is through a gate in titanium. Pepper gets scared and tries to keep Nick close things but is interrupted by Jarvis.
JARVIS: It's protecting you! The S.H.I.E.L.D. aware of this attack for months.
PEPPER: What attack?
Everyone in the room felt the building shake, this happens because of androids sent by Ivan Vanko. The androids enter the building, no people, only machines. Nick Pepper in the office and while trying to call Tony Happy Meche on some things there and find a metal armor.
HAPPY: What is this?
Pepper smiled to see that Happy felt the metal briefcase.
PEPPER: That will get us out of here!
Pepper presses some buttons on the case and away, Tony gets the message.
TONY: Rhodey!
RHODES: What?
TONY: Get ready to party!
Tony accelerates toward Stark Industries. Rhodes tries to follow him, but does not reach the same speed. Arriving at Stark Industries they face several androids, Tony once again uses the electro-magnetic propulsion. All the droids are destroyed, but soon, other androids appear. Tony Rhodes and approach each other while destroying several androids, they take their helmets.
TONY: Take care of them! I'll see Pepper and Happy!
RHODES: I'll like it!
They put their helmets back, Rhodes massively destroys several androids while Tony flies at high speed for your office. In the office door he finds and uses three androids again its propellant electro-magnetic and the droids are destroyed. Tony walks into the office and mechanical arms to help you get your armor. Tony Pepper hugs and grabs the suitcase from the hands of Happy, he then activates the bag and it turns into an armor to be used by Tony.
PEPPER: Why do not you stay with the other?
TONY: The other is as reactor Ark unloaded.
PEPPER: I thought your reactor Ark of energy to the armor.
TONY: Not from what you hear in the fight against Obadiah. Each one of my new armor has its own reactor Ark.
Tony throws a driver through the window, still sealed with the metal gate, and a large hole in the window is open.

Tony flies and prepares to go to the Hammer´s office, but he is surprised by a harness to hold the foot to the floor and playing hard. Mark Scalotti appears with several androids and they attack Tony. Rhodes is suddenly thrown out of the building and lands on top of an android. Tony throws a propulsive power concentrated in several androids, which stops running so your Ark to disable reactor.
TONY: All unarmored turn to the nearest exit. Go!
Nick Pepper and Happy leads to a car in any street.
PEPPER: It's your car?
Nick picks up a device in his pocket and places it in the car door. The door opens as soon as Nick puts the same device in the ignition and the car is turned on. Pepper and Happy enter.
NICK: Now!
Nick accelerates the car as much as you can and get it after a few minutes to a building apparently normal. Nick and the others go, he shows his card and then a door opens on the wall, Nick Pepper and Happy leads to the door and then they descend a few floors and are in a base of SHIELD specialist in weapons of war. Meanwhile Tony confronts Scalotti Mark Rhodes is destroyed and several androids. Tony puts his hand on Mark's Ark reactor Scalotti and triggers an energy booster in Mark. The Ark of Mark reactor absorbs the energy of the propellant and redirects it to the lashes. Mark Stark laughs and throws it away with his whips, he chokes Rhodes playing with his whip to the top of a car.
MARK: Who wants more?
Soon shots were heard coming from the sky, the bullets go towards Mark, but ricochet. The shots were made by androids.
These androids are the symbol of S.H.I.E.L.D. on his shoulders. Tony back with all speed and launches a missile towards Scalotti. The explosion is huge, destroys several androids, both SHIELD such as Hammer. But Scalotti was protected by a force field generated by its reactor Ark. Tony is surprised.
TONY: You used my design very well, goofy!
Mark Scalotti holds two androids SHIELD and throw in Tony. He deflects the androids and launches a propellant in Scalotti again Scalotti is once again protected by a force field generated by the generator Ark him. Tony looks at the androids of S.H.I.E.L.D. and gets angry.
TONY: What are you?
Guardsman: Each Guardsman 0498.
TONY: Well done Fury!
Tony then throws a propellant in an android back to Guardsman. The android is rapidly destroyed. Tony picks up a car in your arms and throw it over Mark Scalotti. The force field defends him, but Tony goes ahead and gives a strong punch in the reactor's Ark Scalotti armor. A large electrical explosion can be seen, Mark is lying in a crater being electrocuted. Tony goes out the smoke and destroys several androids, Rhodes and Tony fly toward the office of Justin Hammer along with the Guardsmen.
TONY: Let's shake!
Justin is preparing to armor Vanko, he puts a strange device in the reactor Ark's armor , seems like a bomb. Then an alarm starts to ring. Justin runs to her computer and sees that Tony and strengthening are coming, Vanko enters the room and laugh to see that Stark is coming.
JUSTIN: You're laughing?!
Anton Vanko sit in the chair for Justin as he runs toward the door. Anton Vanko sees his armor in the room and decides to use it. Justin Hammer loose Natasha Romanov, who was trapped in a cell.
JUSTIN: You can now arrest me!
Justin laughed as Natasha takes off, without them being seen by androids. As they wound out there, Natasha finds the Guardsmen Justin Hammer and delivery for them. They watch Tony and Rhodes stormed the office of Hammer breaking the window.
JUSTIN: They doesn´t know what are they against!
Inside the office of Hammer and Tony Rhodes Vanko face inside his red armor.
Rhodes fires thousands of rounds per second, but the armor Vanko is not affected. Vanko triggers a key driver that makes Rhodes cross the wall, then step on Rhodes Vanko hard.
ANTON: I'm gonna make that world view that Russia is not to play!
Tony accelerates and crosses the wall with Vanko, Tony fires the engine of his chest in Vanko´s helmet. It remains intact, but the armor Tony receives a signal.
JARVIS: Sir ...
TONY: I'm a little bit busy!
JARVIS: The armor of Vanko is to self-destruct!
TONY: What? How long?
JARVIS: 5 minutes.
TONY: Rhodes!
Rhodes is shooting at Vanko and Tony can not hear the calling by the inter communicator. Tony Vanko then pushes with his arms, but Vanko takes Tony's head and begins to crush Tony. Tony then shoots a propeller into the reactor Ark of Vanko.
TONY: You better get out of that armor!
VANKAR: Why should I?
RHODES: Why we'll turn it into scrap. With or without you in it.
TONY: No! His armor is going to explode!
Vanko laughs sarcastically. He shoots a propeller of his chest that sends Rhodes out of the building.
VANKO: That your friend was bothering me.
Tony and Vanko are hand to hand contest of strength. But in fact Tony is trying to activate the ejection system of armor Vanko. Tony then causes the armature to open Vanko, but it continues on and attacking Tony. Tony prepares to fly.
TONY: Hang on!
Tony Vanko gets in your arms and fly at high speed into the sky, not knowing that the fight with Vanko damaged his armor. Tony Vanko and begin to fall, but before they reach the ground they are saved by Rhodes.
TONY: Thanks, pal!
Tony goes out of her, Rhodes takes the armor Tony for the hall of armor. Tony finds Pepper, Natasha, Happy and Nick Fury in his apartment. Tony is surprised to find them.
TONY: Hello! I was surprised with yours ...
NICK: Guardsmen? Thank you, Mr. Stark.
Tony fills a glass of vodka and starts drinking. He offers with his hand to others. But they do not seem to accept.
TONY: So ... How did you manage designs of my armor?
NICK: Your father.
Tony is really confuse , he doesn´t understand what is Nick Fury talking about. His father there´s nothing to do with S.H.I.E.L.D.
TONY: You can say you just told your hot spy to stolle it. Don´t mention my father!
NICK: Your father designed the Iron Man armor year ago! But only you would make it work.
NATASHA: This is why I had to come here days ago. During Scalotti´s attack against your Hall of Armors I was in here to copy only the repulsors and the chest engine to my flash-drive.
TONY: But how did you manage to get it from my father? He was a really weapon dealler or what?
NICK: All the weapons he made and sold ... They were only kind of prototipes. The real weapons he use to gave to his REAL enterprise.
TONY: What?
NICK: Your father , was an agent of S.H.I.E.L.D.
TONY: So what?
NICK: You don´t want to follow your father´s legacy?
Tony start to fell bad , than he grabs more vodka and drink.
TONY: What about my War Machine armor?
RHODES: It wasn´t a gift?
Tony watch Rhodes coming in with a fold and delivering it to Fury.
RHODES: Hey , budy!
TONY: Hi! You all could leave? Just for a moment.
Nick Fury grabs his phone and call Agent Coulson. Pepper and Happy go with all Stark´s papper work.
PEPPER: Bye!
Natasha put a car on Rhodes pocket and left the room alongside Nick Fury.
PEPPER: We have a meeting on half hour. Don´t forget.
Pepper and Happy go away. Tony sits on his chair and Rhodes stand up.
TONY: You want to keep the armor?
RHODES: I will keep the armor.
TONY: That wasn´t my question! Do you want the armor? Because I´ll give this to you.
RHODES: Yes I do. But can I ask why?
TONY: Because you are my friend and you´re better than me. You ´re not a crazy guy. And I wan´t Fury out of my life.
RHODES: Thanks buddy!
TONY: You´re welcome. Now get out! I have to go to a meeting.
Rhodes leaves and Tony look at his father´s picture on his desk. He think about what should he do. After a while Tony is on a tabla waiting for Pepper. She arrives with Happy , Pepper enter and sits close to Tony but Happy stay outside.
PEPPER: I allready got the pappers. You only have to --
Before Pepper end the spech , Tony grabs her and kiss pationaly. Pepper is confused but she is also enjoying.
PEPPER: What is that?
TONY: Give me a shot! I deserve it.
PEPPER: Why should I?
TONY: I can make it right.I am doing everything I can to do the right choice. I´ve allready call Fury´s secretary for tell him that I´ll accept. Rhodes got a suit. Happy got a raise and Jarvis an upgrade. Hammer will get a card in prision and there are flower in Scalotti´s grave.
PEPPER: Okay! I´ll put you in the lorder.
TONY: I really hope so!

Phil Coulson is in New Mexico, he walks up and enters a hospital. He is attended by Dr. Donadl Blake.
PHIL: Where can I find the 09 989 patient?
DONALD: This patient is not subject to visits.
Phil shows his badge to Blake. Dr. Phil takes up to a locked room, lying on a bed a man blond and muscular.
PHIL: Is he the real one?
DONALD: This time it is. He fulfilled the part of the bargain.
Phil picks up his phone and calls an unknown number.
PHIL: We've found him. We´ll take him to one of our bases here when he gets better.
