As you will soon see this cast is not part of Zack Snyder’s DCU but is part of the Arrow & Flash universe. I like Arrow as well as The Flash pilot but I don’t really see it connecting with Man of Steel and Batman vs. Superman: Dawn of Justice.
For my cast I have only used TV actors who I think with do Justice to a Justice League show. I tried using CW actors but in some cases I had to use actors from shows on other networks.
THE CAST
Jim Caviezel as Batman
I took the same approach as Zack Snyder but using an older actor to show Batman is experienced and older than the rest of the team. Caviezel was a popular choice for Bats.
Jared Padalecki as Superman
He has the height and decent acting ability to play Superman as well as the shy and awkwardness required to play Clark Kent.
Rhona Mithra as Wonder Woman
She resembles WW and she can play tough and badass characters.
Grant Gustin as the Flash
A decent actor with regards to the Flash pilot. He seems more like Wally West in Young Justice to me but hey that’s just me. My choices for Barry on the big screen are Garrett Hedlund, Charlie Hunnam, Max irons or Joel Kinnamen.
Jenson Ackles as Green lantern
Jenson Ackles is a good actor who can pull off Hals personality. My choices for GL on the big screen are Chris Pine, Taylor Kitsch, Matthew Goode, Matt Bomer or Jenson Ackles.
Stephen Amell as the Arrow/ Green Arrow
A decent actor who does a pretty decent job as Oliver Queen and The Arrow but my choice for Oliver in Zack Snyder’s universe would be Charlie Hunnam.
Caity Lotz as Black Canary/ the Canary
Not the best actor in some scenes but she gets the job done with all the cool fighting skills. I prefer Sarah’s character over Loral who just annoys me. My choice for BC if she ever shows up in Zack Snyder’s DCU is Amber Herd.
Travis Fimmel as Aquaman
A good actor who is a badass on Vikings. Jason Mamoa is rumoured to play Arthur and I hope he does. Fimmel was one of my choices for Aquaman before Mamoa was rumoured.
THE SUPPORTING CAST/ REQULARS/ GUEST STARS
Emily Bett Rikards and John Ramsey as Felicity and Diggle.
Ian Somerhalder as Nightwing
I used a slightly older Batman so he would have a slightly older Bat family so that’s why I did not cast Steven R McQueen in this role. Ian Somerhalder resembles Nightwing and he can act. My choices for Nightwing if he is in BVS are Garrett Hedlund, Penn Badgley and Jake Abel
Timothy Dalton as Alfred
A popular choice before Jeremy Irons was cast as Alfred.
Tyler Hoechlin as Redhood
I used a slightly older Batman so he would have a slightly older Bat family. Tyler Hoechlin is a decent actor who could make an interesting Redhood.
Nina Dobrev as Batgirl
I used a slightly older Batman so he would have a slightly older Bat family. She is a good actress who would complement my Nightwing choice.
Candice Patton as Iris
A decent actress who can be seen in The Flash pilot.
Jessica De Gouw as Huntress
An okay performance on Arrow.
John Barrowman as Malcolm Merlin
A good actor who gave a good performance in Arrow and will continue to do so.
Colton Haynes as Roy Harper
He is a pretty decent Roy in Arrow.
Lauren Cohan as Lois Lane
She is a good actor who can be seen in The Walking Dead.
Katheryn Winnick as Mera
She can act as well as compliment my Aquaman choice.
Alexander Ludwig as Tempest
He is also on Vikings like Katheryn Winnick and Travis Fimmel who are my Mera and AC choices.
Misha Collins as the Question
He is a talented actor who can be seen in Supernatural were he plays Castiel. Just add hat and a mask to his Castiel attire and who will have a pretty decent Question.
Brandon Routh as Ray Palmer
The ex-Superman turned scientist in Arrow.
Robbie Amell as Firestorm
Stephen Amells cousin is going to be a cool addition to this TV universe
Michael Ealy as Martian Manhunter
He has the voice for the role plus he is a talented actor.
Adelaide Kane as Donna Troy
She resembles a younger WW which is Donna Troy and she is a fan of the character.
Collin Ford as Red Robin
He is a decent actor who is suggested as Tim Drake pretty often.
Avan Jogia as Blue Beetle
Kord industries are mentioned a lot on Arrow and although I used Jaime instead of Ted Kord I think Blue Beetle would be pretty cool on Arrow or The Flash.
Sinqua walls as Cyborg
A decent actor who has experience playing football characters and he is pretty built.
