Great casting all around. Kimbo would need to step up on his acting but I definitely can see him pulling off Slithe. Beiber's fine as young Lion-O. Lion-O's suppose to be somewhat naive, especially early on after he's an adult because he still has that little kid mentality and personality in the adult body. Thumbs Up.

Dude,Kitsch is perfectly cast and so are the rest...
But Bieber, wtf...the dudes acting ability and hairstyle are pathetic...Go for someone like Leo Howard...

WOW ok @starsapphire, Rumble, GambitAceofSpades... Bieber would only be in the movie for like 30 sec. He would just be the young Lion-O when he get's put in the pod, so if you could get a cameo with a big superstar like him why not? Popstars, hiphop stars, and country stars do it all the time, and he would only bring the 11, 12, and 13 year olds to the movies that don't even know who the Thundercats are.
@blueorangeny Why not Kimbo Slice? And why would you think that this cast would cost so much money, first wouldn't you want a movie like this to be BIG? And there are other people who want actors like Brad Pitt to be Lion-O HE is way too big, but anyways the boy Taylor Kitsch isn't a huge actor and it's maybe 2 A-LISTERS on this list, the little kids from Nickelodeon and Disney, won't cost much, the girl Alice Eve won't cost much and the list goes on. The only one I seriously hate is Beiber, but He wouldn't be in the movie for long so I could see but working. The rest of the cast is really good and I would love to see this movie brought to screen. And you picked the right director for it. Good job man.

I get sick of them casting teeny bopper people to do movies to attract a crowd who has never seen or heard of it. Snarf I do not think will be in the movie, he was not in the script that I had read a while back, I do not know if they will do the same plotline to the movie, but Snarf will be like Jar Jar Binks in a way, I wanted to just cut Jar Jar's head off with a lightsaber for crying out loud.

Dude, when I said I dont care about WilyKit and WilyKat is that I dont care who they cast in those roles. I cant think of anyone for those roles off my head so it doesnt really bother me who they cast.

Jessica Biel has the look of Cheetara, she would be nice in that role.

Yes Ive seen Taylor as Gambit and know he is in JCOM, but here is the thing, WB may not have a Thundercats movie out until 2013 at the EARLIEST cause they want to see how the new cartoon series will do first. I get your point, and Liam Hemsworth falls under the same boat.

I also dont like the Kimbo Slice approach for Slithe, Slithe will be CGI I bet, and someone will voice him, they take the same approach with Slithe, Jackalman, Monkian and Vultureman as they did with Kilowog, Tomar Re and the rest of the Green Lantern corp, CGI them, use cardboard cutouts as markers, OR have motion sensors on Actors and replace them, like Gollum or the entire cast of Avatar pretty much.

@blueorangeny First of all I know it looks so good that you think it would cost a fortune, but I'm the worlds best bargin shopper, here's my formula if you notice I have some young up and coming stars in lead parts, mixed with some real skilled actors, along with some movie brut such as Kimbo Slice and Tyler Mane. Just look scary that's all I would tell them. My more serious actors would handle the major dialog. I also have action actors in here who do more physical acting. Second of all Justin Bieber is a kid, if you wouldn't want to see this movie because any kid had a small role in it then that's your problem, he's got dedicated fans...that's no reason to hate him. But good reason to give him a small part that's one of the draws. At the cost of my cast first of all it would be a multifilm picture. I would probally give Taylor Kistch along with Gerard Butler a 3 movie deal. T.K. getting 7 1/2 million for all three and Gerard Bulter around 10 for all three. The rest of my cast would get paid in the 100's of thousands. No one else on this list could demand over a million a movie.

@claybo4131 First of all please don't bring up that old script for the Thundercat movie from awhile back because it's been in someone's waste basket for a long time now. Why not have Snarf? I hope you know this movie will be PG-13 being that it will be kid friendly, why not Bieber? Cause you might piss off some 40 year old men who remember the cartoon from the 80's? Trust me they wouldn't be thinking about you. He would be my kid draw. Trust me any real Thundercat fan wouldn't even pay him any mind once they start watching this movie. Like I said he would be in the movie all of 3 mins. No better no worse than Will I Am being in X-Men Origins. He is a kid...a really famous one. How does he hurt the Thundercats legacy? Is it really unpure? So what if you don't like the little boy and his music? I don't like his music either. But he is a cute little kid to play a young Lion-O and I know the little kids love him!

I dont mind singers being in roles, but I did have a problem with Justin Timberlake almost being Green Lantern, yes I did have a problem with that. Justin Bieber would only attract the teenage girl crowd, if you want that you might as well cast Robert Pattinson or Taylor Lautner as Lion-O at the same time. Yes Bieber is famous, why I have no idea, he sings like a girl and 13 year old girls pee their pants and hyperventilate when they see him, but I wouldnt want him in the movie, no way, you just opened a can or worms and started a firestorm by just mentioning him, get some up and coming kid actor to be young Lion-O, not some teeny bopper who more than likely will wash out before too long like 95 % of them do. Whether or not little kids like him or not, the teeny bopper crowd doesnt need to be the target audience for this film, its a good sci-fi fantasy movie that can draw all ages, just like Transformers did, and I saw the first movie and many people there had never seen an episode of the cartoon. I saw Last Airbender (regrettably) despite not seeing the cartoon, so trust me Justin Bieber would set off a firestorm of unhappy fans, even if it is for one minute, it doesnt matter, fans dont want to see him in the movie, trust me on this, trust me.

So…..in a movie cast that your hubby Gab put together, you’re saying that the highest paid actor here would be Gerard Butler, lol. Really, really are you so sure? So you’re saying Liam Neeson can’t compare nor has the credentials to be considered the top actor in this cast? Butler shouldn’t even be mentioned in the same sentence as Neeson, so I’ll repeat your line back to you “first check your knowledge before you speak”. Moving along, as for the rest of your comment towards me, no shit lol it is oblivious this film will be helmed by a big time movie studio. I never eluded in my previous comment that a small mom and pop store will. And to your “like say” Disney, Disney won’t do it. If I recall the studio that has the rights is WB’s and if that’s the case. WB’s has other plans for their movie slate the next 2 or 3 years and I don’t believe TC’s will be high on their list being greenlit. TC’s will probably be viewed as a risky movie considering the amount of money the movie will commend for production. Moving along once again, now I’ll bounce the question back to you, do YOU know what MARVEL is paying Chris Evans? Anyway it really doesn’t matter because Chris Evans has always played a supporting role so naturally his first lead role (Cap America) wouldn’t be a heavy pay check especially with Marvel doing the paying. Also regarding you trying to school me on TC’s, I know reptilians are not lead roles. Again it is safe to say that at the end with a potential big budget this film will commend and a small role like reptilians, most likely the studio will choose to make them CGI. But it really doesn’t matter what you and I say because this movie is no where close to being considered. Lastly Kimbo isn’t getting an acting job in a big budget movie; he has a better chance getting a role in Expendables 2 then a big budget film like this. And regarding Rampage and his role on A-Team, yes I do know who he is and he got the role because there really is no one else that can play B.A. Baracus. Who else could’ve played B.A. Baracus? Denzel, Will Smith lol. He was cheap for the studio, he has a fan base following from MMA so it will help the box office and he can have some reverence to Mr T and his B.A. Baracus. So let’s not make it seem like Rampage now has a bright future in Hollywood.

@ Gab – I appreciate the effort but I just feel it’s a die hard fan who if had a studio position within WB will be pushing for this 24/7. I respect that but I don’t see this film being a priority or if so going all out and getting all these characters filled the way you proposed. The nature of the film will most likely have a lot of cgi characters. Plus I never said I wouldn’t see the movie because of the Bieber kid, I’m just saying where did he come from lol. But since we’re on the kid, yea it’s great he has a fan base, yea it might be a small role but he will be playing a young Lion-O so at the end can he act. Shit to me a young Lion-O is as much important as the older Lion-O in the movie. So just because he has a fan base I don’t think the studio with a lot riding on this film will just give it to him. He must prove he can be a convincing young Lion-O. Well in your 3 picture deal do you have Liam Neeson in it? And also can TC transcend into a 3 movie story? Transformers and GI Joe which weren’t that good to begin with in the big screen are at least more recognizable then TC’s. The studio might be hesitant to make a 3 movie deal or at least sign people up without knowing how the first will do.
