UPDATE: Ok, seems I made some rookie mistakes. Allow me to try and rectify some of em.
First off let me start by saying, I don't mean for this to be a X4 cast. I'm pretty sure the X4 cast will for the most part consist of actors and actresses from X-MEN, X2, Last Stand, and maybe XMO: Wolverine. This is just who I would like to see in these roles.

With all the X-Men 4 talk swirling around, figured I'd put in my 2 cents.
Charles Xavier is the founder of the X-Men and original headmaster of the Xavier Institute for Higher Learning. He's the world's most powerful telepath, capable of astral projection, mind control, illusion casting, memory manipulation, psychic blasts, as well as sensing the presence of other mutants in a limited radius.
Professor Charles F. Xaiver/ Professor X... Patrick Stewart
Stewart has done a great job playing the Professor. I don't see a need for a change.
Scott Summers is the first of the team's founding members and has been the longtime leader of the X-Men. He can project a beam of ruby-colored concussive force from his eyes, which act as inter-dimensional apertures between this universe and another.
Scott Summers/ Cyclops... Chris Pine
Chris Pine made a great leader in 'Star Trek', and has pretty good acting chops too. I think he'd be a great choice to play my favorite X-Man.
Jean is the fifth and final of the team's founding members, although she had met Xavier before the series. She possesses vast telekinesis and telepathy. As the template of the Phoenix Force, she is able to generate enormous amounts of energy, and she can convert herself into pure energy. Can also manipulate objects on a subatomic scale with her telekinesis.
Jean Grey/ Phoenix... Evangeline Lilly
Evangeline's character on 'Lost', Kate's love triangle with Jack and Sawyer reminds me of the Cyclops/Jean Grey/Wolverine triangle seen for so many years. She's also somking hot.
Nicknamed, and best known as, Logan he is arguably the team's most iconic member. He possess a healing factor (regeneration of tissue, immunity to virtually all toxins and pathogens, slowed aging process), enhanced senses, and retractable bone claws. Has the indestructible metal adamantium bonded to his skeleton, allowing enhanced physical attributes and sharp adamantium claws.
James "Logan" Howlett/ Wolverine... Christian Kane
Kane's character, Eliot Spencer, on 'Leverage' has some very Wolverine- like tendencies. Plus, I've never been ok with a 6'2" Wolverine. Jackman was good but expensive.
Storm is second field leader and longtime leader of the team. Has been a continual member of the main team longer than any other X-Man, excluding interim periods.
Ororo possess the power of weather manipulation (lighting bolts, wind, rain, etc.), and flight by "riding" wind currents.
Ororo Munroe/ Storm... Zoe Saldana
Saldana has been coming on strong, and I think she has proven more than capable of playing the X-Men's African goddess. What? She's not black? Oh well, I stand by the pick anyway.
Remy is a former thief who has served as field leader. Is also the on-and-off boyfriend of Rogue. His primary weapons are cards, and his secondary weapon is his bow staff. Has the ability to charge inanimate objects with explosive kinetic energy; enhanced agility, hypnotic charm.
Remy LeBeau/ Gambit... Taylor Kitsch
Kitsch was one of the few things I could stomach about 'X-Men Origins: Wolverine'. Could use work on the accent.
Rogue has served as a field leader. Once had the powers and memories of Ms. Marvel, and was forced to absorb Sunfire's abilities permanently. She lost those abilities when cleared of all personalities not her own. Former member of the Brotherhood of Evil Mutants and on-and-off girlfriend of Gambit.
She can absorbs powers, memories, and personalities through skin-to-skin contact. Prolonged contact can cause her to permanently absorb someone's traits and potentially kill them.
Anna Marie/ Rogue... Alexis Bledel
Alexis Bledel is a sweet southern girl, so is Rogue. Ta-Da! Rogue was one of the hardest characters for me to cast.
Warren is the third of the team's founding members and the only member of the original team to have acted as a costumed hero even before joining the X-Men. Angel makes use of the large, feathered wings on his back for natural flight. Also has eagle-like vision and blood with regenerative properties.
Warren Worthington III/ Angel... Teddy Sears
Sears looks the part, and from what I've been told is a good actor too.
Originally Caucasian but Elisabeth Braddock switched bodies with an Asian female assassin by the Hand; this also changed and expanded her powers. She possess telekinesis, telekinetic katana, telepathy, psychic knife, and immunity to most physical or mental alteration.
Elisabeth Braddock/ Psylocke... Maggie Q
Maggie Q is sexy... Nuff said.
Hank is the scientist/ doctor on the team. He has physically enabled superhuman strength, speed, stamina, agility, reflexes, and mass. Ambidextrous with his hands and feet, and can write with hands and feet at the same time. Has minor pheromone manipulation, and feline-like form gives blue fur, night vision, and claws. Has the agility of a great ape and the acrobatic prowess of an accomplished circus aerialist.
Henry McCoy/ Beast... Dominic Purcell
I picked Purcell cause he's a big body, and I believe, a good actor. Though I doubt he could deliver his lines like Grammer... Grammer is 55.
Formerly the White Queen of the Hellfire Club's Inner Circle, Emma possess telepathy and can transform her skin into organic diamond.
Emma Frost/ White Queen... Olivia Wilde
Olivia Wild is one of the hottest women in Hollywood. As "13" on 'House' she displays whit, humor, brains, and all kinds of sexiness. All characteristics of Emma Frost.
Iceman is the second founding member and the youngest of the group. Bobby generates freezing temperatures to create and manipulate ice. Can also transform his body into organic ice.
Bobby Drake/ Iceman... Ian Somerhalder
Ian seems like he can pull off brash, brutally honest, unsure of himself, but always loyal.
The longtime romantic interest of Colossus, Kitty can pass through solid matter ("phasing"), also allowing her to disrupt electronics and walk on air.
Kitty Pryde/ Shadowcat... Scout Taylor-Compton
I think Shadowcat could be a break-out role for her.
Longtime romantic interest of Shadowcat, Pitor can transform into living organic metal form, granting vast superhuman strength and near-invulnerability. Colossus can survive without oxygen or sustenance for long periods while in this form.
Pitor Rasputin/ Colossus... Daniel Cudmore
Daniel Cudmore definatly looks the part. I don't know if he can act since his roles in the previous X-films were so limited. I'm never watching a Twilight movie so... who knows.
Popular singer and public mutant, Dazzler converts sonic energy into various forms of light, including laser-like beams, brilliant flashes, and holograms.
Alison Blair/ Dazzler... Malin Ackerman
Malin Ackerman is the lead singer of a rock band named Ozono, who later changed their name to The Petalstones. She also has some superhero experience.
Kurt Wagner, the former Catholic priest's neomorphic physiology grants him a prehensile tail, blue fur, invisibility in shadows, night vision, and wall-crawling. Possesses line-of-sight teleportation.

Benno Furmann the German. That's all I got.
Jubilee ran away from home to live in a mall, where she discovered her powers. She joined the X-Men after saving Wolverine's life. She can project and control explosive plasmoids.
Jubilation Lee/ Jubilee... Brenda Song
Brenda Song's character in 'Suite Life...' seem borderline retarded, so there's not much to go on there. But Jubilee is a pretty lmited role, and Song's role a Wendy Wu suggests she could handle it.
A police officer from an alternate future, Bishop can absorb most forms of energy (light, heat, electricity, etc.) and channel into blasts or convert into enhanced strength. Has bionic arm with enhanced strength, retractable pincers, and time-traveling capabilities.
Lucas Bishop/ Bishop... Terry Crews
Terry Crews because Keith Hamilton Cobb is too old and Michael Jai White can't act. Plus have you seen those Old Spice commercials? PA-PA-PA-PA-PA-PA-POWER!!!
Sam was the first member of an affiliated team to "graduate" to permanent status with the X-Men. Current leader of his own X-Men squad, the New Mutants. Cannonball's body expels thermo-chemical energy to create a personal force field, which can be focused as explosive thrust for flight and kinetic blasts.
Samuel Guthrie/ Cannonball... Lucas Black
I thought he did a good job as the quarterback for Odessa- Permian, and I think he can transfer that, good ol boy...ish...ness into Sam Guthrie.
