It was revealed today that Disney has summer 2014 release dates set for two undisclosed Marvel Studios-produced movies, and many are at wonder what the films may be. With The Avengers gearing up for release next year, 2012, and Iron Man & Thor sequels slated for 2013, theres a couple we can rule out. However, over the last few years, Marvel Studios have been hiring screenwriters to pen screenplays for several tentative films including Doctor Strange and Iron Fist among others; therefore, the possibilities are somewhat endless. Anyhow, while we may not have confirmation until Disney's D23 Expo, which commences in two weeks, where Marvel Studios is said to blow the doors off, share your opinion below on which two movies you're most anticipating for summer 2014, if not sooner.

Ant-Man

Doctor Strange

Runaways

Black Panther

Iron Fist

Luke Cage

Nick Fury/S.H.I.E.L.D

Guardians of the Galaxy

Blade

Inhumans

Captain America Sequel

Punisher

The Avengers Sequel

Other

While the release dates for the tentative films hit 5/16/14 and 6/27/14, again, we may get an announcement a Disney's D23 Expo; in which Marvel Studios' president, Kevin Fiege, is scheduled to appear Saturday, August 20. Share thoughts below!

Really wish Marvel could make their own X-Men, I'm dying to see them done closer to the 90's animated show and comics of course.

@ZeroEthic

Just thank Matthew Vaugn; because his movie did so well, Fox are confident enough to not sell the rights of X-Men back to Marvel.

Aw well, I think the movies for 2014 should be Ant-Man and Doctor Strange; Ant-Man is about to be in productions and Dr. Strange is a must watch in my opinion since Thor hinted his apperance.

You are a teenager fag; what you did ask for it, after all Runaways is just nothing but teenage angst on a similar level of Twilight.

Unlike Twilight, Runaways actually has a good story and well-written characters. Not everything that deals with teenage angst is on the same level as Twilight. You might as well call Stan Lee's early issues of Spider-Man Twilight-esgue, in that case.

@warlock the problem with the hulk is they make one and then they get a new actor all the time thats what keeps putting hulk in a hole.

@Viltrumite

I was comparing level of teenage angst, not story telling. And the level is basically, unnecessary angst concidering how awesome both lifes are. For the Runaways while their parents may be supervillains trying to destroy the world for some gods, they are giving their children a brand new world where they are in control; why be pissy about that when they the sweet deal of becoming gods? I wouldn't pass off that time (yeah, that is morally wrong but still chance at being god), why hate your parents for something this awesome. As for Twilight, Edward do realize he is a vampire who can attract as many girls as the Fonz and gets laid alot; why concider his own life pathetic (other than the sparkles, but that attracts even more girls).

So what I am saying is, both series have unnecessary amount of angst level that it pretty much kill the enjoyment for me. At least Spider-Man manage to focus the actions in each comics and tell the teenage angst through smaller portion as a part of a huge story arc.

Punisher sequel/remake for the beginning of the year, and then Doctor Strange takes the gold.

Wouldn't mind seeing Tom Jane again, even though that won't happen. Ray Stevenson was beast too, gotta admit

I think it could be any of the following:

1. nick fury/s.h.i.e.l.d. (according to imdb it may start production right after the avengers)
2. ant-man (been too much talk about over the last year)
3. dr. strange
4. the guardians of the galaxy
5. heroes for hire (both fist and cage)

by 2014 I'll have had my fill on Avengers related material tbh

I'd like to see the Runaways, Dr. Strange, or H4Hire

I'd love to see "The Incredible Hulk 2" and "Captain America 2" as the two Marvel Studios movies for summer 2014. I voted for Cap and Other as my two picks.

Seriously, why wasn't a sequel to "The Incredible Hulk" an option in this poll? Come on, Kevin Feige! Give us a "Hulk" sequel update!

what i'd like to see and what i will see in 2014 are 2 different things.

I'd Like to see Dr. Strange & Captain America 2

What i will more than likely see is S.H.E.I.L.D/Nick Fury & Luke Cage

Either way its great to see Marvel continuing their great success...now DC just needs to step up and then CBM will Rule Hollywood!!!

@fangz

Hey, I wasn't the first one to state someone have to be a teenager fag to love Runaways; ElColimo made that statement over his appreciations. I just add on to the humor while at the same time reflect my distaste on the Runaways.

Beside, concidering Marvel movies up there, I would be really amazed if Runaways actually get a movie before Guardiens of the Galaxy; I mean that group I never heard of till now, and it seems alot more interesting in a cosmic level.

Voted Guardians of the Strange. Inhumans would be a close third. I would see a S.H.E.I.L.D. movie if Hasslehoff reprises his role of Nick Fury; but only if.

I bet its Cap 2 + AntMan/Dr. Strange/Nick Fury

i would prefer Black Panther and then Doctor Strange.
Black Panther would fill in the blanks of vibranium and Strange would round out the fantastical side of Marvel.

SHIELD would be interesting but they had better be fighting on a global conspiracy level. think Secret War by Bendis.

Ant-man is something i've been wanting to see but i cant help but think that he wont have a compelling villain. he isn't exactly known for his villains. although it would be an interesting character study into the life of a super powered scientist with an inferiority complex. then again, Edgar Wright is directing it. it'll be a fun ride.

my guess: Dr. Strange and Black Panther
