The Lizard has always been my favorite super villain of them all because he was always different, he was never truely evil unless in Lizard form. This May marks 10 years since the release of the original Sam Raimi Spider-Man film, this July comes Mark Webbs remake of the franchise with his villain being, The Lizard. From what we've seen and what we know, I decided to list the pros and cons of this version of The Lizard.

Pros: For one they got a damn good actor as Dr. Connors/Lizard, they stayed true to the Steve Ditko comicbook look minus the lab coat and the pants. The Lizard definately is gonna be like the comic counter part as far as having a mission to make the world be ruled by reptiles once again. I honestly think it's a little comicbookie, but hopefully this Spider-Man movie will be a little horror like because of who the villain is.

Cons: Other than the look and motivation, they really didn't stay true to the character and who he is. That really is the only con I can think of it for The Lizard other than they removed the clothes.

I know this is a pointless article but I figured I'd voice my opinions. What are your thoughts? What do you think are the pros and cons of The Lizard this year? Leave your thoughts and be respectul, please and thank you.
