Since Marvel gained the rights back to the Punisher , I've been thinking of Ideas how they can bring him back.
I figured they shouldn't waste their time and money on another failed film, but make a TV Series. It'd be cool if it were to be like Dexter were every season There's a main villain (Trinity, Ice truck killer) and during the season he kills other villains . And they could how flashbacks on how he learned how to do this and how he got this way (Dexter and his Dad).
They could also put cameos of other heroes since this would take place in the Marvel Cinematic Universe . They could have S.H.E.L.D. Agents hunting Frank down or putting tags on him. They could have Black Widow/Hawkeye show up and interrogate him , or they could introduce other characters like Luke Cage or Iron Fist.
They could also write in events that happened in the Films or vice versa, like they could have a news broadcast of what happened in the Avengers, or something like that .
Now this cast isn't gonna be very long since I only know a few of his villains and couldn't cast some of the ones I wanted to do. This is just to give you a basic idea of what I want.

- The whole time I was watching Spartacus his story reminded me of the Punisher, and he was AWESOME in that show. He's got cancer now so he wont be committed to Spartacus any more :( I hope he gets better soon.

- He was great in True Blood and for some reason he kinda looks like the Punisher to me. If he could lose the southern accent and have a perfect American accent then he would be great in the role .

Detective Martin Soap was assigned to head the "Punisher Task Force" because his boss thought he wouldn't be able to do anything anyways. Martin was seen as a loser with the deparment, and the "Task Force" consisted only of himself at first.

Page Kennedy as Barracuda
Recurring Character, a Gun for hire. He clashes with Frank frequently.
The result of a savage upbringing and elite military training, Barracuda is a ruthless criminal, killer for hire and gang member who haunted The Punisher for months.

Holt McCallany as The Russian
-He was Awesome in The Losers and I think he should play a similar role,he just needs to learn a Russian accent which shouldn't be hard (Hey Mickey Rourke did it).He would be a recurring role, He would be a Serial Killer/Henchman.

The Russian was a mercenary killer brought to the United States of America to deal with the Punisher. He was decapitated by the Punisher. He was revived and given hormones that enhanced his strength.
Grant Bowler as Bushwacker
Bushwacker is primarily a cyborg killer with an arm adapted so that it can be used as a variety of projectile weapons.
-He would be the main villain for one of the seasons, they could show some backstory to him too by showing how he became a priest and what happened to him in the C.I.A.

Malcolm McDowell as The Tinkerer
The Tinkerer is a Marvel character with an almost superhuman gift of genius in engineering, able to invent incredible gadgets from spare parts left lying around.
- He would be an Informant/Weapons supplier for Frank and other villains. They could later introduce him in the MCU.

Chris Gauthier as Microchip
A former weapons engineer, Linus Lieberman became the Punisher's weapons supplier for a short time. He was also especially skilled in the use of computers and technology.
-He would be introduced as a weapons supplier for a crime family and after Castle kills them he comes along, after he begs to live of course.

Norman Reedus as Billy the Beaut Russo/Jigsaw
Billy "The Beaut" Russo was known for his handsome appearance until confronting the Punisher who sent Billy through a glass window, severely damaging his face. after the incident he took the name Jigsaw and is a deadly force with a vendetta towards the Punisher.
- He would guest star for a few episodes as a member of the Gnucci crime family and in the end of the season he turns into Jigsaw and the next season he would be the main villain.

Angelica Huston as Ma Gnucci
-The Gnucci family would be the main villians for one or two seasons.
Head of the Gnucci crime family and after an encounter with Frank Castle a quadruple amputee.
Wentworth Miller as The Hood
Once a small-time crook, Parker Robbins is now the leader of his own crime syndicate. His cloak and boots give him supernatural powers from the mystic Dormammu.
-He would be a small villian throught the series until one of the last seasons were he gains full power when Frank kills all the other main crime family's.

The latest in a long line of warriors known as Iron Fist, Danny Rand delivers vigilante justice
-He would basically replace Daredevil as his main superhero friend, He would guest star with Luke Cage/Power Man (see below) for a couple of seasons/episodes and then get spinoff'd into there own film or TV series.
Issiah Mustaffah as Luke Cage/Power Man
Luke Cage, wrongly convicted and unjustly imprisoned, was altered in a failed prison experiment that gave him bulletproof skin and super-human strength. With his street smarts and unending determination to do right, he fights for the common man
- Same as above, I dont care what you guys say he looks perfect for the role (especially in that one pic ,you guys have to admit)
