Im in Gotham because S.H.E.I.L.D. sent me to get Batman's attention, they want him on there team. So I figured I would stop a crime in the docks and have Batman show up asking why I came to his turf....

Big mistake! I see that ugly "Two face guy" and long nosed "Penguin" making an arms deal,so I swing in thinking its my chance to get some face time with bats once he showed up to intervene. "Hey Im sure you two boys dont have your parents permission to handle those toys,so why dont I take them and you boys run along and play." I said to get them to notice me. "Its that spider guy from newyork!" yelled two face. "He aint batman, smoke him!" yelled penguin. Then all there goons stated shooting, and I mean SHOOTING,this was ridiculus, even my villans didnt have this many goons. I barely dodged them and swung in punching three goons and bopping two face. The penguin ran off, like he normaly would under these circumstances. Then I got ambushed from behind,my spider sense was going off so much I couldnt detect his punch from behind. "Oof!" I grunted, this guy could punch. Then I shot out a stream of webs and trapped the bat ,while two face ran off with his goons. Then bats slashed out with his batarangs and threw them at me,I dodged most but got cut by one of them in the left arm.

Looks like Spidey's fighting a worthy advasary but who do YOU think wins Comment your answer.

"Then I got ambushed from behind,my spider sense was going off so much I couldn't detect his punch from behind." I highly doubt that. Lol

Spider-Man. His weakness is Peter Parker, and his friends and family. Batman's morality prevents him from exploiting that weakness. Spidey is tougher, faster, and stronger.

It would be a REALLY good fight though.

First off...BATMAN WOULD WIN.
All Batman would have to do is spray something in Spideys face that would paralyze him!

UMMMM....the comic strip is a little disturbing but at least you guys stay loyal to your answers. p.s. wat does a batman superman comic have to do with spiderman. He's not nearly that super strong. Maybe enough to in dent the face but seriously. LOL

Simple: super-human versus human, Spider-Man beats Batman. Fans check out: Batman & Spider-Man: "New Age Dawning" (1997); Peter Parker wins in this second and last cross-over. It's a logical climax and has been officially written, drawn, and finalized for proof.
