The camera shows Nick Fury in the Helicarrier, standing in a huge room that shows the navigation of the Helicarrier

The camera shows Hawkeye on casino with a sniper

The car pulls up and as Tony gets into his Lambo he gives the valet money
Tony Stark: Not just gambling scoring numbers, hanging out

Camera cuts to Black Widow walking on the sidewalk in a disguise
Natasha Romanoff: His taxi his reaching theat destination in about 5 minutes

Tony Stark: I see his taxi on the corner
Tony parks his Lambo and gets out. He walks toward a taxi parked on the curb
Clint Barton: Remember Tony, just give me the word
Tony puts the phone away and gets in the backseat of the taxi. Bruce Banner is sitting in the back wearing inconspicuous clothing and he has his head ducked down
The camera shows the driver
The taxi driver(Stan Lee): Is this the friend we were waiting on

Tony Stark: Yeah um can you drive to-
Bruce interupts Tony
Bruce Banner: The bus station please
Taxi Driver: You got it
The taxi driver drives to the destination
Tony Stark: How you been Bruce?
Bruce Banner: I've seen better days
Tony Stark: Well today can't be that bad
Bruce Banner: I got a feeling that today's only going to get worst
Tony Stark: I can help you
Bruce Banner: I don't think you can help this
Tony Stark: Bruce, I've been there, dealing with depression, your own personal demons, until you get to the cracking point. But I wish I would have asked for help, Bruce I can help you
Bruce Banner: Tony, I thought I had this under control, now I just don't understand. I'm constantly changing, like I'm a robot and a child is controlling what I do, when I do it. This Hulk has took on serious damage since I left Canada and I'm tired of running
Tony Stark: Your my friend man, I can help you, I got the resources and the brains, you have the brains too, we can do this
Bruce Banner: I knew I could trust you
Tony Stark: If you can't trust Tony Stark who can you trust
Bruce Banner: Good because{Bruce begans to see bad memories of him rampaging as the Hulk, harming Betty, he sees a quick flash of Loki laughing, he see's destruction and the Hulk causing it}
Bruce breathes nervously
Tony Stark: Bruce you all right
Bruce Banner: No I just saw some horrible things,...................I been seeing horrible things for a long time
Tony Stark: Aye old timer can you take us to the hospital
Taxi Driver: Sure
Bruce Banner: NO!.....{Bruce breathes calmly} no hospital they can't help
Tony Stark: Well where do you want to go?
Bruce Banner: The bus station,......I have to get a sample from someone, they might be able to help, they almost did
Tony Stark: Bruce, look at you man, you can't do this forever
Bruce Banner: As long as there's a Hulk I have to contain it, even if that means making sacrifices
Tony Stark: I know some people, Pym, for instance is a genius he can definitly help
Bruce Banner: Is he trustworthy
Tonys communicator rings and Nick Fury is on the other end
Camera cuts to Nick Fury
Nick Fury: Tony
Camera cuts to Iron Man
Tony Stark: Not now...sir, I'm with a client
Bruce looks at Tony suspicous
Camera cuts to Nick Fury
Nick Fury: Tony I just made a decision, Bruce needs to be unconcious it's to risky

Camera cuts to Tony and Tony interupts Maria Hill

Bruce Banner: Tony is everything all right

Bruce begins to see little flashes of Loki and the Hulk causing destruction
Taxi Driver: Um, is the doctor okay
Tony looks as Bruce and see's him slowly change into the Hulk
Iron Man interupts Nick Fury
Tony Stark: Fury, I think we got action!
Bruce Banner screams and changes
Tony Stark: STOP THE CAB
The taxi driver stops the cab and he and Tony get out
Taxi Driver: What's wrong with him
Tony Stark: He's having a bad day
Bruce begans changing into the Hulk, his clothes start to rip and his purple sweatpants he was wearing under it all began to fitt onto the changing Banner. People see this and run, Tony runs also as well as the Taxi driver, Hulk breaks the taxi for he is getting to big
Tony Stark: HAWKEYE HE'S HULKIN OUT
The camera shows Hawkeye running on the top of casino's
Clint Barton: Alright Tony, I'm on my way
The camera cuts baack to Tony running away from the changing Banner
Tony Stark: HAWKEYE
Clint Barton: I'm on my way
The camera cuts back to Banner and he is fully changed into the Hulk
Hulk: Hulk, SMMAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAASH
Hulk walks and glances at Stark with an ominous look. Cars began averting off the off the road and stopping, passengers get out of cars and run from the Hulk
Citizen 1: OH MY GOD ITS THE HULK
Citizen 2: EVERYBODY RUN
Hulk picks up a nearby car and throws it at Tony, Tony dodges the car the second before it is about to hit him. Tony begins running, Hulk yells and he runs behind him
Camera cuts to Nick Fury
Nick Fury: The Hulk is released it's time we put him down once and for all, I'm gonna need a ride down there
Nick points at Agent Coulson
Nick Fury: Coulson
Phil Coulson: Yes sir
Nick Fury: Come with me, we're also gonna need some SHIELD agents down there, we need all the help we can and where is Thor
Thor: Fury
Nick Fury: Good, the Hulk is about to terrorize a city, you think you can handle him
Thor: I am a God of Thunder, I am destroyer of the Frost Giants, so your "Hulk" will be no match to the power I wield with my mighty Mjolnir
Nick Fury: Well good then, come on we have to get on this jet to get down there
Thor: Nay, I will fly down
Nick Fury: To each his own
They all walk outside on the top of the Helicarrier, Thor flies away. Agent Coulson and Nick get in a jet that flies down to the city
The camera cuts back to Tony, he is in his Lambo and driving as quickly as he can, then the Hulk stops Stark's car with his foot and his makes a fist and is about to crush the car, then Hawkeye starts shooting Hulk in the face with his machine gun. Hulk steps away from the car aftering getting shot, Tony drives away from Hulk
Tony Stark: Took you long enough
Clint Barton: Had to find a good parking space
Hulk stares angry at Hawkeye and makes raging fists.
Clint Barton: Whoa! pal take a chill pill, or old Hawkeye's gonna have to take you outback old Yeller Style
Hulk yells at Hawkeye and runs toward him and tries to punch him, but Hawkeye jumps on the Hulks back and he starts shooting at his back with handguns, the Black Widow runs up shooting to guns at Hulk, Hulk is taking the damage then he smacks Hawkeye and he flies back and he tries to hit the Black Widow but she dodges him.
The camera shows Tony parking his Lambo next to a semi-truck and he gets out, he goes to the back of the truck and quickly opens a crate, this crate is huge and when he opens it we see an Iron Man suit but a much more advanced on.
The camera cuts back to the Hulk fighting Hawkeye and Black Widow, Hulk picks up a car, but then he gets shot in the face by War Machine
Clint Barton: Nice job War Machine
James Rhodes: That's not all I got
War Machine attacks the Hulk vigorously, Hulk begans attacking back. Thor then shows up and hits Hulk with a lightening strike from his Mjolnir, Hulk turns around as if all his anger as averted to Thor
Thor: Green Goliath, in the name of Asgard, I will SMITE THEE
Hulk runs to Thor and Thor flies up to the elevation of Hulk's face and hits him in the face with his hammer. Hulk falls then he gets up and punches Thor, Thor flies back. Nick Fury and Phil Coulson show up and Nick pulls out a shotgun and aims for Hulks face, he draws closer and shoots everywhere he can, Coulson throws grenades at the Hulk, Hulk grabs Coulson and throws him, War Machine catches Coulson and lightly puts him down. Thor's hammer is thrown at Hulks face and it retreats back to him. Hawkeye pulls out a device that transforms into a bow and he grabs an arrow from his back and fires it at the Hulks eye, it hits him, he pulls it out looks at it and gets angrier. He kicks Nick Fury and he hits a car, he hurls two cars at Black Widow and Hawkeye, he jumps to Thor and they begin punching each other, War Machine starts aiming fire at Hulk and he accidently hits Thor
Cut to War Machine under the helmet
James Rhodes: My bad Thor
Hulk attempts to attack War Machine but is hit by a powerful repulsor beam from Iron Man in his Mark I Hulkbuster. Hulk flies back after being hit. Hulk gets up and yells louder, he runs toward Iron man and they began to get into hand to hand combat. War Machine flies down to Nick Fury as Nick talks to him
James Rhodes: Director Fury,....
Nick Fury:We gonna need you guys to hold him off a bit longer until we can get the Gas
The camera follows Thor flying to Hulk. Iron Man hits Hulk and he flies back to Thor, Thor hits Hulk and he flies to Iron Man he grabs Iron Man and begin to punching at his headgear Thor grabs Hulks leg and pulls him off of Iron Man. Iron Man stands up
Tony Stark:.....Nights like this I miss f*cking models
Thor:The Hulk still wishes to fight, constantly and vigorously, he will continue, like a warrior for God but only strived on anger not love
Tony Stark:Whatever Shakespeare
Iron Man rushes to Hulk, Hulks Grabs Iron Man and throws him at Thor. Hawkeye shoots two explosive arrows at Hulk, Hulk turns around and jumps up to land on Hawkeye, Hawkeye moves from the spot where Hulk is landing and leaves an explosive Hulk lands on it and gets hit. Nick Fury has a tranquilizer gun and jumps on Hulks back and tries to stick him, Hulks throws him off, Nick lands down on the ground. Thor flies behind Hulk and hits him while his hammer has lightening protruding from it and hits Hulk and Hulk flies, Hulk lands and runs to Thor in rage, Hulkbuster SHIELD Agents use their weapons against Hulk. Hulk throws cars at the Hulkbusters and focuses mainly on Thor. Thor stands waiting for Hulk to attack him, Hulk runs to Thor, Thor tries to hit him with the Hammer but Hulk dodges it and begins punching Thor into the ground, Black Widow shoots Hulk with a bomb that electricuted him, War Machine shoots bullets at Hulk while he is in the air, Coulson throws the container to the gasous tranquilizer to Black Widow, she catches it
Phil Coulson: GET HIM TO INHALE THE GAS!!!
Black Widow jumps to Hulks face attempting to throw the container at his mouth, he punches her and she flies back and hits a bus, Iron Man attacks Hulk. Hawkeye eases his way to Black Widow
Clint Barton: Natasha{Pauses expecting a response}Natasha come on SPEAK!
Natasha Romanova: You don't have to yell Clint
Clint Barton: You OK
Natasha Romanova: I'll live
Black Widow hands Hawkeye the container
Natasha Romanova: Take him out
Hawkeye ties the container to the spearhead of one of his arrows with a string he had in a side pack, and immediatly runs to Iron Man and Hulk. The camera cuts to Iron Man and Thor fighting Hulk. They might seem like they have the upper hand but Hulk kicks Iron Man and hits Thor with both fists, Hawkeye stops about 30 feet away from Hulk and aims his arrow at Hulks mouth, he concentrates diligently and fires the arrow, it hits insides Hulks mouth and the container breaks. Hulk swallows the gas and he slowly changes back into Bruce Banner, Hawkeye slowly walks up to Banner as do Coulson, Thor, Nick Fury, Iron Man and War Machine. Bruce Banners falls to the ground unconcious
Nick Fury: We got you, you green son of a bitch, Get him up to the Helicarrier and get out of here, and somebody get Natasha some medical treatment
Camera cuts to the Helicarrier flying to New York, Nick Fury is in the navigation room
Nick Fury: Hill
Maria Hill: Yes sir
Nick Fury: Take it from here
Maria Hill: Yes sir
Nick Fury walks out the navigation room and to a room Tony Stark is in, Tony is in a office and has alcohol, documents and pappers on his desk and on his desk is a very interesting paper that says from Hank Pym and a proto sketch of a robot android project entitled ULTRON
Nick Fury: Tony
Tony Stark: Fury I thought I specifically asked that we not try to tame Bruce
Nick Fury: Yeah you did, and your plan seemed illogical so we had to move on to another plan
Tony Stark: Yeah but if we would have did this my way maybe we wouldn't have casualties and an injured Avenger
Nick Fury: Either way he was going to change into the Hulk, no oneprovoked him or made him angry. You were in that taxi with him, he was calm and aloof
Tony Stark: Yeah and maybe if you and Hill weren't nagging inn my ear I could have kept him calm
Nick Fury: Tony what you fail to realize is that whatever is happening to Banner is beyond what you perceive
Tony Stark: What are talking about exactly
Nick Fury: Something big is going down I have this feeling in my gut that we have a huge problem ahead of us and Banner is just one of the many keys to the answer
Toy Stark: Not Banner, the Hulk. Bruce is innocent, the Hulk is the "key"
Nick Fury: Either way Banner or Hulk whatever is happening to him won't be easy to figure out
Hawkeye walks in
Clint Barton: Sir, Natasha's waking up
Hawkeye, Iron Man and Nick Fury al walk to the room Natasha's in and she is awake talking to She-Hulk
Nick Fury: Natasha, you--
Black Widow interupts
Natasha Romanova:--I'm fine sir
Jennifer Walters: She did tough it out though
Clint Barton: I did to
Jennifer Walters: Please Clint you probably crawled under a bus crying
Clint Barton: I was the one that took your cousin down sweet cheeks

Nick Fury walks out the room and to the room Bruce Banner is in which is highly secured. Phil Coulson walks up to Fury
Phil Coulson: Sir
Nick Fury: Yes Coulson
Phil Coulson: I have good news and bad news
Nick Fury: All right give me the bad
Phil Coulson: The bad news is that Damage Control will fix the problem but, since we destroyed some casino's on the strip, it will be costly
Nick Fury: All right, whats the good news
Phil Coulson: Project Rebirth, we think we've found one of them
The camera cuts to over the North Atlantic Ocean, The Helicarrier is flying over it and a plane is landing on the landing pad with a block of ice going down onto a board, SHIELD Agents push the ice into the Helicarrier, the ice is placed into a special lab in the Helicarrier where scientist begin examining the ice and we can vaguely see a man in a red, white and blue suit in the block of ice
