Nathan "Nate" Drake - Nathan Fillion 40 6'1.5" (Serenity, Castle)
Clearly a fan favourite for the role, and I agree he is Nathan Drake.
Elena Fisher - Rosamund Pike 32 5'9" (Pride & Prejudice, Die Another Day)
This one was abit tricky, I searched around for someone and I ended up choosing Rosamund because she looks somewhat similar to Elena and is a good actress.
Victor "Sully" Sullivan - Jeff Bridges 61 6'1" (The Big Lebowski, True Grit)
Victor "Goddamn" Sullivan was the hardest to find someone for, so I went for an older actor who could still do abit of action.
Uncharted: Drakes Fortune Cast
Gabriel Roman - John Slattery 48 5'10" (Iron Man 2, Flags of Our Fathers)
An extremely underrated actor who I think would nail this role.
Atoq Navarro - Rodrigo Santoro 35 6'1.5" (300, I Love You Phillip Morris)
A great actor, brilliant as the villain in 300 and would be brilliant as this villain aswell.
Eddy Raja - John Leguizamo 46 5'8" (Moulin Rouge, Ice Age)
When looking for someone to be Eddy, I thought Hispanic and funny and immediately thought of Leguizamo.
Uncharted 2: Among Thieves Cast
Harry Flynn - Tim Roth 50 5'7" (Pulp Fiction, Reservoir Dogs)
Great actor only problem I had when casting him was his height but he'd be too perfect for this role otherwise.
Chloe Frazer - Emily Blunt 28 5'7" (The Devil Wears Prada, The Adjustment Bureau)
Originally had Natalie Dormer, but thanks to ACira have found a much better pick for Chloe.
Zoran Lazarevic - Ray Stevenson 47 6'4" (The Book of Eli, Punisher; War Zone)
Originally had Graham McTavish, Zoran's voice actor, but thanks to AlexDeLarge87, I now have a much more original pick, plus he's Northern Irish like me lol.
Jeff - Joel Moore 33 6'2" (Avatar, Dodgeball: A True Underdog Story)
I think they're the doubles of each other.
Karl Schafer - Rutger Hauer 67 6'1" (Blade Runner, Batman Begins)
Not that big of a role but pivotal, and I believe that Hauer would be amazing as Schafer.
Tenzin - Jason Momoa 31 6'4" (Stargate: Atlantis, Conan the Barbarian)
Big and tanned hopefully he could learn Tibetan.
