Professional storyboard artist, Darrin Denlinger, has sent Film Sketchr some interesting storyboards he created for Tim Story's Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer. They're interesting because they depict scenes that did not take place in the film. The first two images below reveal scenes that were going to take place at Dr. Doom's castle in Latveria in which his Doombots were gonna battle the Fantastic Four. The third image includes a scene with the Fantasticar. It would've taken place during the climax. Yes, the vehicle did appear in the film, but it didn't have much involvement in the final battle. The final image is of a rescue mission that would've included The Thing wearing a custom-fit scuba outfit. Yeah, I'm not so sure about that idea either. Still, it's interesting see. You can see more images for these scenes by clicking here.
Catch a wave of "terrific adventure" and "non-stop action" in this fun and fantastically entertaining smash-hit! "Invisible Woman: Sue Storm and "Mr. Fantastic" Dr. Reed Richards are about to be married when a mysterious alien... the Silver Surfer... crashes the proceedings and heralds Earth's impending destruction. With time running out, the Fantastic Four reluctantly teams up with the nefarious Dr. Doom in a thrilling effort to save our planet!

FANTASTIC FOUR: RISE OF SILVER SURFER was directed by Tim Story, based on a screenplay by Don Payne and Mark Frost. The cast included: Ioan Gruffudd, Jessica Alba, Chris Evans, Michael Chiklis, Julian McMahon and Kerry Washington. With a budget of $130 million, the film pulled in $289 million at the worldwide box office.

Whenever I hear fans complain about their favorite comic book characters not getting justice on film and television.... I see nailbiter's avatar and think "Wow. How do you think he feels?"

Nailbiter is an inspiration to us all.

this looks epic.

And this alone tells me that once the reboot comes, most haters will be surprised, whatever the casting choices are

@dethpillow FINALLY someone agrees with me that the Fantastic Four movies get hard times these days. The Fantastic Four movies are FUN!!! They ARE ALSO FUNNY!! They accomplished their mission that's why i prefer them to MCU movies. The jokes from MCU movies don't make me laugh. The jokes from Fantastic Four movies make me laugh. "Where are your ears?" " I liked the part where he knocked you on your ass" " What happens to rubber when it's super cooled" "Painful, you don't know the meaning of the word, " we're both doctors" " it's clobbering time. Darn, i've been waiting to do that." The whole Human Torch naming the members of the Fantastic Four, Reed dancing, Ben burping, Stan Lee cameo, so on and so on. I ACTUALLY cared for the characters because they felt real and were relate-able. Who cares about Lame-Doom and Galactus Cloud, the villains sucked ,but so do the MCU villains.

Fantastic Four movies are 10x better than Fox-Men movies. The main character for the Fantastic Four movies are the Fantastic Four. Th main characters for the Fox-Men movies are Wolverine, Magneto, Blue girl, And Professor X, NOT the X-men. The Fantastic Four franchise should have continued and the Fox-Men franchise is the one that should have ended and be rebooted.
