Gaining anticipation with promotion at last month's San Diego Comic-Con convention, it seems we're in for an official teaser for Sony's Ghost Rider: Spirit Of Vengeance sequel. The Alberta Film Ratings site has recently classified the teaser, evidently meaning it'll be appearing in theaters in the coming weeks; while the official site indicates it'll surely be next week.

I have huge faith in this movie...after it's release ghost rider should be rebooted under marvel studios..and should cast Michael C Hall for Johny Blaze's role :)

The fact that Idris Elba is in this movie already makes it 10x better than the first GR movie. That had a shit supporting cast.

Donal Logue?? Sure he was funny on Grounded for Life, but was totally unnecessary in Ghost Rider. The villains were a joke, too.


Spirit of Vengeance I think is on the right track. PLUS, Christopher freakin' Lambert!

@ DARRKEVIL the director controls aspects of filming, camera angles, actors, etc. i know thats not new information or anything, but when you have a pos actor like nic cage, its difficult for any director to make a good movie. think about every nic cage movie from the past few years - all crap (exception is kick-ass, but he was a supporting role). he has become al pacino after scent of a woman, stuck in the same mode. every movie he is the same, so how can a director (no matter how talented) make a good movie with nic cage in it?
I honestly hope i am proven wrong, i love ghost rider, but i doubt it.

if this flops, its going back to Marvel. Sony's going bankrupt, so they'd probably want to focus on Spider-man films in the future....SO GIVE GR THE PROPER TREATMENT AND GIVE IT BACK TO MARVEL, SONY?!!

Nic Cage was so bad as Johnny Blaze. Really bad casting...
