Cobra does not know how to properly mount the EOTech scopes on their rifles. Should not be all the way forward like that. That is where the backup iron sight goes.

The first movie was GARBAGE. Since funding out the director of Retaliation is doing a "semi reboot" and basically "fixing" the problems from the first one, I'm excited. After seeing the new tv spot where the president says "My fellow world leaders, this country is at war. The new special forces unit code named COBRA will protect us where the Joes couldn't! Ladies and gentlemen, the GI Joes are no more!" When Cobra Commander walks out and turns his head while the Cobra troopers are standing there. That's powerful. And since this Cobra Commander is NOT the same character as the one in the first movie, I'm actually looking forward to it. I'll even excuse them for making RZA the Blind Master. Let's give this one a chance.
