Arrow has found its Ra's Al Ghul and it's Matt Nable, an actor best known for starring in short-lived TV shows like Bikie Wars: Brothers in Arms and Underbelly as well as opposite Vin Diesel on the big screen in Riddick. His take on the iconic villain who was last played by Liam Neeson in Batman Begins will first be seen in the fourth episode, "The Magician" (which also happens to be Arrow's fifthieth episode). This version of Ra's Al Ghul is described as, "The leader of the League of Assassins and father of Nyssa al Ghul (Katrina Law), Ra's is proud and unforgiving. A ruthless strategist, a master of martial arts and a shaper of history, Ra's carries the wisdom of the ages and protects some of its greatest secrets."
