Robert Knepper Joins ARROW As 'The Clock King'

Another DC Comics villain will be making an appearance in the CW show, as TV Line reports that Prison Break alum Robert Knepper will debut in the 14th episode of Arrow season 2 as William Tockman, aka the Clock King. Read on for more.

Frequent tv bad guy Robert Knepper (Heroes, Prison Break) will add another villain to his resume when he appears in episode 14 of Arrow's second season as the Clock King, William Tockman. In the comics this character was a frequent torn in the side of Batman and the Justice League, as well as briefly being a member of both the Injustice League and the Suicide Squad. Apparently this incarnation of the Clock King “earned his nickname being a brilliant criminal who plans his crimes with the utmost precision, down to the second.”

He should do well with the Clock King. But I guess this means he won't ever get to play the Joker then. But it will still be neat to at least see him playing a DC villain.

He was incredible in Cult, he was incredible as T-Bag in Prison Break and Breakout Kings, he was incredible in Heroes, he was incredible as Simeon alongside the talented Robert Carlyle in Stargate Universe. He will do awesome

That's awesome. I hope he's a reoccurring rather than just a one off appearance like his role on Blacklist. Knepper plays a great villain!
