Though we won't go into too much detail, spoilers for one particular sequence from Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 and the character Daniela Melchior plays follow.

James Gunn's final GOTG movie is now showing in several locations overseas (it doesn't open until Friday in the US), and to mark the occasion, The Suicide Squad star Daniela Melchior has taken to Instagram to share some behind-the-scenes shots and concept art of her character, Ura.

Melchior makes a brief appearance in the MCU threequel when the team infiltrates a space-station in an effort to track down the High Evolutionary. Ura is manning reception, and Peter Quill (Chris Pratt) tries to charm the information out of her.

Unfortunately, she gets a "douchebag" vibe off the Guardians leader, and Gamora (Zoe Saldaña) is forced to take a slightly more aggressive approach.

Check out the snaps - which also include some wholesome raccoon memes - below.

"In Marvel Studios’ Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 our beloved band of misfits are settling into life on Knowhere. But it isn’t long before their lives are upended by the echoes of Rocket’s turbulent past." "Peter Quill, still reeling from the loss of Gamora, must rally his team around him on a dangerous mission to save Rocket’s life—a mission that, if not completed successfully, could quite possibly lead to the end of the Guardians as we know them."

Gunn writes and directs Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3, which stars Chris Pratt, Zoe Saldaña, Dave Bautista, Karen Gillan, Pom Klementieff, featuring Vin Diesel as Groot, Bradley Cooper as Rocket, Sean Gunn, Chukwudi Iwuji, Will Poulter, and Maria Bakalova. Kevin Feige is the producer and Louis D’Esposito, Victoria Alonso, Nikolas Korda, Simon Hatt, and Sara Smith serve as executive producers.

Guardians of the Galaxy Vol. 3 arrives in theaters on May 5, 2023.

Wait she calls Peter a douche bag?

It’s so weird when aliens use lame human slang in these movies.

@mountainman - like yondu using "y'all" and sounding like a hillbilly?

@Reginator - That was weird, but could have been explained by the juman he raised using the term at one point. I feel like this is closer to in vol 1 when they said A holes. The Ravagers were probably more in tune with Earth culture due to Peter than many of these other beings would be. It was still cringey though.

@Reginator -
At least he was back and forth to varying planets, especially Earth to keep an eye on Peter's growth - but the rest of it is cringe.
