MMS200 - Man of Steel: 1/6th scale Superman Collectible Figure
Man of Steel is one of the most anticipated blockbusters this summer. Directed by Zack Synder and produced by Christopher Nolan, Man of Steel will reboot the Superman franchise by giving audience a new look at the origin of the iconic superhero and his rise to become the protector of Earth and its people.

We are also excited to announce that the Hot Toys’ 200th collectible figure of the Movie Masterpiece Series goes to this one of the most well-known superheroes of all time. To celebrate this milestone, a 1:1 scale Kryptonian Command Key will be included with the Collectible Figure as an appreciation for all of our fans’ support over the years!

The movie-accurate collectible is specially crafted based on the image of Henry Cavill as Superman in the movie, featuring a highly detailed head sculpt, finely designed costume with embossed pattern and the iconic red cape.

Man Of Steel was directed by Zack Snyder, from a script written by David Goyer. The cast includes: Henry Cavill, Amy Adams, Russell Crowe, Ayelet Zurer, Kevin Costner, Diane Lane, Michael Shannon, Antje Traue, Christopher Meloni, Harry Lennix, Laurence Fishburne and Richard Schiff. In theaters June 14th, 2013!

@DJRock93 sorry that MOS disappointed you, maybe Superman Returns is your cup of tea or you may want to watch Christopher Reeve Superman movies on your old VHS tapes.

I am actaully glad now that Green Lantern did not do well and that Man Of Steel has become the new launching pad for the DC Movie Universe...

With at least the next 10 years covered hith A Grade DC Characters and a few JLA movies might even make it the next 15 years...

In comparison to Marvel movies well the bubble has already burst there...With only a B & C grade of characters to use for maybe the next 6 yeras will finally see the candle burn out and let';s face it how will they ever reboot Iron Man as people just will not dig it...

As far as action goes for MOS why is everyone complaining...

Isn't that what everyone wants to see in a movie and not too much character development cause lets face it Superman is 75 years old this year and you must be living in underground if you do not know his history...

If you want more talking then go watch the Lois Adventures or something...

If its ACTION you want that is literally all the Iron Man Hulk Thor and Avengers movies combined well go do yourself a favour and ENJOY MOS True Believers...

I will see it a few times and I still have to wait for the 29th June here Down Under to sse it and I can tell you that tickets here for Pre-Sale are going nuts and that is what we need to enjoy the DC Movie Universe for the next 20+ years...

Just got back from seeing the movie and I have to say,Wow! What an epic scale! With the exception one or 2 scenes I thought were weird,Man of Steel delivers an easy opening for DC to create something amazing.I look forward to seeing how this will evolve.

I'd imagine its the costume...makes him look to fat...tone it down and add more definition and it would be reet...

Also anyone that says they didn't like man of steel...did you watch Superman Returns?

Screw you're frisking head on rights!!

@Sweeper those movies had nothing to do with it. I'm 20, not 60. I just didn't think this movie was done well. Too much jumping around, everything felt forced and unnatural, plot was too straightforward for me, and some other things. It wasn't a bad movie, I just didn't like it as a Supes fan, a DC fan and a movie fan. And I just don't like Michael Shannon lol but thanks for putting me down without asking why I didn't like it first! I'd much rather watch The Avengers on my bluray player than Reeves on VHS, but thanks for the offer!
I meant no offense with my sarcasm. (I love this community but you can be dicks sometimes)

@DJRock93 lol I like the Avengers and the Amazing Spiderman too because I'm a Marvel fan, you're being sarcastic here fanboy. If you love the Avengers as much as I do then you won't be putting comments that put MOS on a negative light because if you really watch MOS then you would surely enjoy the fight scenes.

This HT figure is too buff. Henry actually looks more slender and better than his figure. I hope HT tones him up a bit. Other than that he looks great.

Yeah [frick] those critics the real critics are the ones who don't get paid for their reviews can't wait to see this movie keep on bringing the badass reviews I love reading those after all the bashing it got from the lame ass critics.

Damn! That's awesome. Wish I could buy some figures from hot toys. The movie is great but that RT rating is bullsh*t. Go see it guys. 5 stars. Kal and Zod's last fight was [frick]ing awesome. Really loved what Snyder did with the camera shots.

@Chronomancy I still love the early 80's Superman movies but I've been dying for somebody to do Supes right & Zack Snyder nailed it!!! I really can't find one thing wrong with it.....& I do believe I'm in love with Fiora!

When you got Zack as your Director, Christopher as your Producer, David as your Writer, Hans in charge of your Score, It's a Wrap, Game Over! Sure Avengers was good, but Man of Steel was a Beast! DC got the game on choke hold! Can't wait for the Sequal and Justice League!

@sweeper just cuz the fight scenes were good and I enjoyed them doesn't make the movie better to me. It's a high point but whatever there's no point arguing. I'm not a fanboy, I have my weekly pickups of GotG, Thanos Rising, AoU and others as well as Batman, Batman and.., Red Hood, now Superman Unchained. I just like good movies this has nothing to do with which company I like more (which, if I had to pick, would be DC)

I'm sorry but I loved the action in this film it was awesome. However other than that it was lacking in character development and overall story. It was so cloudy why did he become superman?? I just couldn't grasp my head around his motivations as the hero. Maybe becasue the film was structured so awkwardly, it really felt too fast paced. I'm happy however that this movie has opened doors for the DCCU. The movie was better than IM3, best CBM so far this summer. Good movie but it could've been better if the story was well structured
