THE PRIZES
Our friends over at
SuperHeroStuff have given me
EIGHT of their new range of “Superhero Costume T-Shirts” to share between four lucky winners. Available in plenty of sizes for men, women and children, these are some of the site’s best shirts and I for one am envious of those of you who’ll have a chance to win one! Once the contest comes to an end, I’ll contact you (so make sure that your CBM account has an up-to-date email address attached to it) in order to put you in touch with the folks over at SuperHeroStuff so you can make your selections and give them your details. Now, here is how the prizes will work. Don’t worry if you’re not one of the top three, because as you can see below, there’s also a prize on offer for one lucky runner-up!
1st Place: Four Superhero Costume T-Shirts
2nd Place: Two Superhero Costume T-Shirts
3rd Place: One Superhero Costume T-Shirts
After picking the three main winners, we’ll also choose 10 runners-up and will allow YOU (via a poll) to decide which of them deserves to receive one of the shirts!
THE RULES
1. You must be a member of CBM. If you’re not and would like to sign up, you can do so by clicking
HERE.
2. Post your entry in the comments section below (if you don’t know how, click
HERE to read a tutorial on posting pictures) along with a placard that displays your username, character name and submission date. It doesn’t matter whether you’re holding it or it’s propped up somewhere, but it cannot be photo-shopped into the frame. It must be
IN the picture you post written on a piece of paper/card/toast - anything you like as long as it's clear!
3. If however you're worried about posting your picture below for whatever reason, you can email it to me at joshtcwilding@yahoo.co.uk. You must still be a member of CBM.
4. The costume must be worn by you, but if you want to enter a child who is obviously unable to use CBM to enter themselves, that’s fine as long as they also display a placard with your details.
5. The costume can be store bought, handmade or a combination of both. However, the more original it is, the better your chances of winning are!
6. Costumes must be comic book related. However, this does of course include anything from
Star Trek to Disney characters. As long as they’ve appeared in a comic at some point, that’s fine.
7. Contestants must submit their entry photos by Midnight on October 28th, 2010.
The winners will be announced this Halloween, which as I'm sure you already know, is October 31st!
