No Batman Beyond #1, JLA Beyond #1 or My Greatest Adventure #1, look forward to those in months to come, I guess. And Batman Inc #1 sometime next year.

But also, no Booster Gold, JSA, Superman/Batman, Adventure Comics, The Spirit, Doc Savage, Justice Society Of America, Secret Six, Gotham City Sirens, Power Girl, THUNDER Agents, Titans, Xombi or Zatanna. No sign of Wally West. No And no sign of a Captain Marvel or any of his family.

And with new books and new creative teams, there are also losers. There’s also no work from creators working for DC in August including James Robinson, Scott Kolins, Adam Schlagman, Jonathan Vankin, David Hine, Brian Miller, Peter Calloway, Felicia Henderson, Jock, Brian Wood, Brian Clevinger, Marc Andreyko, Tom DeFalco, Chris Roberson, Kelly Sue DeConnick, Phil Hester, Howard Chaykin, JG Jones, Will Pfeiffer, James Patrick, Marc Guggenheim, Marv Wolfman, Matthew Sturges, Nick Spencer, Frazer Irving, Andy Kubert, Fernando Blanco, Felipe Massafera, Rex Ogle, Ibraim Roberson, Scott Clark, Alejandro Giraldo, Rodney Buchemi, Eddie Nunez, Javi Fernandez, Oliver Nome, Gene Ha, Marco Castiello, Mike Miller, Howard Porter, Daniel Sampere, Ron Randall, Kevin Maguire, Jerry Bingham, Sergio Cariello, Rich Buckler, Paris Cullins, Mike Bowden, Steve Scott, Jay Fabok, Greg Tocchini, Todd McCarthy, Carlos D’anda, Pere Perez, Chris Batista, Adam Beechen, Marcus To, Andres Guinaldo, Billy Tucci, Ron Frenz, Allan Goldman, Piers Gallo, Chriscross, Tomas Giorello, Don Kramer, Geraldo Borges, Phil Winslade, Agustin Padilla, Jerry Ordway, J Calafiore, Hendry Prasetya, Mike Grell, Nicola Scott, Jose Luis, Fabrizio Fiorentino and Victor Ibanez

Of course, there’s always October…

Well I'm hoping and wishing that Zatanna and Power Girl do get some form of interaction in this relaunch.....I'm sure they will be in some titles....unless they fused Power Girl with Supergirl, since she looks more mature....whatever DC is doing I hope its good...I finally have a chance to read some of these titles in a new light

marvel72 - 6/10/2011, 4:59 AM
out all of those books i'd probably read.

justice league 1(geoff johns & jim lee)
action comics 1(grant morrison)
batman the dark knight(david finch)
green lantern 1(geoff johns)
red lantern 1
aquaman 1(geoff johns)
flash 1

mainly for the writers or artist, but i don't like some of the changes they've made to some of the costumes so i don't know if i'll get all of them.

@Marvel....I'm still picking from these but do have a few locked for my future reads

@ComicCritic87 I think Zatanna is in Justice League Dark #1 with Deadman and John Constantine.

What the hell is "Batwing"? I thought that was the Batplane's actual title, lol.

No work for Marcus To??? You give work to shitty artists but you leave out Marcus To??? Oh yeah, Pérez will bring in legions of teens. [frick] you DC!
DukeAcureds
DukeAcureds - 6/10/2011, 7:08 AM
@Shaman I agree with that last poinT. [frick] you DC! Here's why:
They've erased Power Girl!!! They've restarted Action Comics when EVERYBODY KNOWS they are gonna give us Action Comics 1000, in a few years time. It is inevitable. But Perez rules, dude. [frick] teens. Teens suck, these days. They just aren't what they used to be. You hear me teens? Get out there and change the world like you're supposed to! Add something to culture, fashion and music like every single preceeding generation of the 20th Century! What've you given us? Emos? They're just whiny Goths! Think new, teens. Think fresh!
Shaman
Shaman - 6/10/2011, 7:23 AM
Well Duke, i will agree with everything you said except the Perez bit. To each's own i guess. But the reason i mentionned teens is because the very reason behind their brainfart of a reboot is that they want new readers on board. And that means teens more than anything else. If a gown adult is not already into comics, he sure as hell won't start tomorrow. But teens are at an age where they are finding themselves and especially establishing what they like. That's what DC is failing at trying to get with this reboot. The style of art that Perez uses is definitely old school which very few teens are into. But teens love highly dynamic art like Marcus To's.

And i said it the second i heard of this horse shit reboot, if you don't keep Powergirl and Booster Gold, i'm keeping my [frick]ing money. So DC has just lost a reader, and from the looks of things, plenty more as well.

@ dukeacureds/shaman

they've got rid of power girl & booster gold........dc definetly sucks.

@Duke and Shaman.....perhaps Power Girl will be apart of the relaunch of JLI, we may not have seen an announcement in terms of it being canceled. I know I saw an article recently about Secret Six being canceled but thats the only one so far. If DC makes an announcement about Power Girl being canceled as well, then I will be mad since its a good title. As with super girl, she seems to have a bit more of power girl influence, perhaps they merged the two of them...I don't know but we have to wait and see for more news....Also Booster Gold is still around...he is in JLI...doesn't mean he is gone for good
Shaman
Shaman - 6/10/2011, 9:37 AM
ComicCritic87- Well there is always hope. I hope they still have both of those characters lined up for release soon. I just hadn't heard anything about them before your comment. Personally though, ever since Powergirl showed up, i've been having a hard time to actually enjoy Supergirl as a character. She's a good character but i don't find her as interesting as Powergirl. I really don't want them to merge the two but if they did, i'd be willing to see what the final product of that merger is. The suit itself though i'm definitely not a fan. But it's not as bad as Sup's.

what ever happened to wally west?
StuckInPanels
StuckInPanels - 6/10/2011, 10:43 AM
@Hellsing...read citizen cold and you find out that

@Shaman...I agree that Power Girl has a much better story arc and a much more well developed character. I bet they will continue her since you know...they established her new alter ego with sexy red hair....they need to keep that in tact with the relaunch
Jenerator

um, it's actually NOT 52... look at line 30???

golden123 - 6/10/2011, 4:51 PM
@NextHero08: Demon Knights is a series based in Medevial Times focusing on Etrigan the Demon.
golden123
golden123 - 6/10/2011, 4:54 PM
So far I've narrowed it down to 24 series. I think I'm going to read nine of these. Also, I'm kinda upset that they got rid of Zatanna.
Dmon
Dmon - 6/10/2011, 7:23 PM
@golden123 read my above post on what comic Zatanna will be in.
golden123
golden123 - 6/10/2011, 8:08 PM
@Dmon: LOL, yeah, I already knew Zatanna was going to be in Justice League: Dark. I'm just frustrated that they pulled her out of an excellent solo series written by Paul Dini. That comic was amazing, but, yeah, I'm going to read JL:Dark just to see what is done with her character. Besides, I like Deadman so it's a win win.
golden123
golden123 - 6/10/2011, 8:14 PM
@Jer3miah: Batwing is about some black guy who is a member of the Batman family, and wears a suit that compares to Batmans (kind of like one of the Batman inc. people).
