Next Saturday is May Day, May 1st. Since 2002, the first Saturday in May some of the best comic book companies in the business have put aside their differences to help promote comics. Much as the name of the event implies, you get a choice of some comics to take home. It is a full day event with many stores also bringing in artists to sign their books along with a full day of events.
