Good for Dawn of the Planet of the Apes. Best film that came out last year and one of the best films I've ever seen in theaters and just enjoyed and was completely engrossed with. The way how I felt watching Dawn was the way 11 year old me felt watching Spider-Man 2.

I thought that the Tesseract in Interstellar didn't look great, the rest of the film did but not so much that scene.

The only one I don't agree with it the Big Hero Six one. Lego movie should have won that category.

@DEVLIN712 - I'd agree yeah. It was a [frick]in beautiful movie for the most part, but the Tesseract part looked a little too trippy

Ape's motion capture was pretty impressive. The opening shot of Caesar's face all the way to Koba's scenes/interactions with the humans were all extremely well done. However, I personally feel as if the CGI wore off a bit during the showdown between...you know... at the end of the film. That's just my personal nitpick but all together I still enjoyed it. Can't wait to see where the threequel goes. I don't even think that they'll be stopping at three films now that I think about it more.

Congrats to Peters and the production/viduals crew for DoFP.

@markymarkrises

That award supports why Neil Marshall is one of my two choices to direct Thor: Ragnarok. (Ron Howard being the other.)

Would've wished for Guardians or Cap to win something, but I can't really argue against any of the decisions. Congrats to the winners! :D
