As we count down the days to Jurassic World: Dominion, Universal has shared a cool new featurette, offering fun behind-the-scenes details and footage from the hotly-awaited Colin Trevorrow-directed dinosaur blockbuster.

They've also launched a fun Dinotracker website that allows fans to track dinosaur sightings across the globe, with up-to-date reports on dinosaur encounters and vital public information from The Department of Prehistoric Wildlife (DPW).

The star-studded cast of the Dominion will feature Jurassic alums Chris Pratt (Owen Grady), Bryce Dallas Howard (Claire Dearing), 3x Golden Globe-nominee Sam Neill (Alan Grant), Academy Award-winner Laura Dern (Ellie Sattler), Academy Award-nominee Jeff Goldblum (Ian Malcolm), Jake Johnson (Lowery Cruthers), Omar Sy (Barry Sembane), Justice Smith (Franklin Webb), Daniella Pineda (Zia Rodriguez), Isabella Sermon (Maisie Lockwood), and BD Wong (Dr. Henry Wu).

Newcomers to the franchise include Mamoudou Athie (Sorry for Your Loss), DeWanda Wise (She's Gotta Have It), Dichen Lachman (Agents of S.H.I.E.L.D.), and Scott Haze (Venom). Details on their roles are currently being kept under wraps. Campbell Scott (The Amazing Spider-Man) has also joined the cast as Dodgson.

Jurassic World: Dominion is slated to roar into theaters June 10!

This summer, experience the epic conclusion to the Jurassic era as two generations unite for the first time. Chris Pratt and Bryce Dallas Howard are joined by Oscar®-winner Laura Dern, Jeff Goldblum and Sam Neill in Jurassic World Dominion, a bold, timely and breathtaking new adventure that spans the globe. From Jurassic World architect and director Colin Trevorrow, Dominion takes place four years after Isla Nublar has been destroyed. Dinosaurs now live—and hunt—alongside humans all over the world. This fragile balance will reshape the future and determine, once and for all, whether human beings are to remain the apex predators on a planet they now share with history’s most fearsome creatures.

This stupid hand bs is just annoying. Like, is this really what Jurassic park is now? All build up to a scene of someone holding their hand up?

@kazuma - It's not 'stupid hand bs', its force powers!

@kazuma - I know, right! Some poor misinformed soul may see this & think this is the only way to stop a threatening dinosaur.
If they come across a wild dinosaur they'll find out in a hurry that it doesn't always work!

Assuming it's not a dud I'm really interested to see what happens with the B.O. on this. Up to now there's only been one blockbuster out at a time and a three week exclusive window (outside of Xmas). This Dino pic is opening only two weeks after Top Gun and a week before Lightyear. If the earlier two of those three movies nosedive when there any serious competition we are still in trouble.

What a big mess. So many dinosaurs, so many useless characters. The Jurassic Park films ended with The Lost World for me.
