Deadline reports that Universal Pictures and director Peter Berg's
Battleship has now crossed $100M internationally and looks set to take reach $126.7M this weekend. While this is of course good news for the studio, the sci-fi blockbuster is under pressure to do as well as possible in the 50 territories it has so far opened in as the rumoured budget of $250M and negative reviews from critics may mean it struggles to make a splash when it finally opens in the US.
