Deadline is reporting that Josh Brolin ("Men in Black 3") is close to signing on for a lead role in Colin Trevorrow's Jurassic World. Hit the jump to voice your opinion.
Well this is odd. If any you remember back on September 26th when Variety announced that Bryce Dallas Howard had landed a role in Jurassic World, they also mentioned Josh Brolin landing a part as well. That information was removed from the article fairly quickly.
By the way, I love me some Jeff Sneider. I'm merely using his tweet to explain the interesting part of this story. So anyways, today Deadline has learned that Josh Brolin is very much in contention for a part in Jurassic World.
Universal Pictures is circling Josh Brolin to star in Jurassic World, the Colin Trevorrow-directed 3D sequel that the studio will release June 12, 2015. No deal yet, but I hear it’s headed that way. CAA-repped Brolin next stars in the Spike Lee-directed remake of Oldboy. Ty Simpkins and Bryce Dallas Howard have been cast so far.
