Looked pretty cool. Not sure about "the most anticipated movie of the year" line though.

It's not about when they open. I'll wait to rent them. They just don't appeal to me enough to pay theater prices. I don't like the Ultimates influences being used by Marvel, and I'm just not a fan of Nolan's Batman films, although I enjoyed Batman Begins more than TDK.

Lookin' gooood!!!!!

But Avengers is my #1 2012 movie, closely followed by The Hobbit.

Then TDKR and Prometheus.

But I'm pretty sure they'll be all awesome.

yea, 2012 is a great year in movies.

Most anticipated movie of the year? Fox is wearing their big britches on that one. Keepin an eye on it though. I'm digging the tech. The sets look [frick]in solid. Doesn't look like a bunch of flimsy, silver panel walls that will fall over if someone sneezed.

Excellent production values is what I'm getting from this.

Every trailer I see with the pots instead of the eggs reminds me of what this could have been had he kept it in that universe. Still looks like a great movie, just kind of disappointed by the might have beens of it.

Prometheaus is not going to making huge box office, its not that type of film, none of the Aliens movies made HUGE box office and this has nothing but fanboys expectations behind it.

Ridley Scott has yet to have a real hit movie since Gadiator 12 years ago!!

I was not planning on watching Prometheus in theaters, but then I saw the trailer in 3D Imax at the midnight showing of John Carter, and I was blown away! Hadn't felt that titillated since the Dark Knight trailer! I actually enjoyed it more than The Avengers trailer.
