Brandon Routh (Superman Returns, Scott Pilgrim Vs. the World) and Bret Harrison (Reaper) play (respectively) Silas and Jerry, a pair of working stiffs employed by a scientific facility that often loses control of its “experiments” and thus must be put down violently. During one crisis our heroes are dispatched on a suicide mission into the darkest and most dangerous bowels of the building, and as Silas and Jerry stare certain death in its off-camera face they discuss their futures, including a possible transfer to a facility that doesn’t have so many monster problems. - geeksofdoom.com

This was awesome. Every tool on the planet will try to make a Superman dig now. Get over it Phaggs. We are all guilty of watching much worse movies, more than once.

Two bored security guards?

Can't be anywhere near as bored as the people who have to sit through routh's piss poor acting.

@Just1Superguy- Here! Here! Agree with you totally, at least about the "terrible actor" part lol

I still haven't got back the time I wasted watching him do the typical wooden acting in Dylan Dog via Netflix. The guy just has zero range of emotion. I will never watch another film with him in it.

The photos above look like two different women. The top one is hot...the bottom one looks okay but not near as hot as the top photo. Photoshop wonders on the first?

I agree- he's def not a great actor. But i didn't really like the short. But maybe I'm jealous I don't have that production values on my movies.

But none the less, I thought Routh was funny in Zac and Miri.

"I guess this guy beat the Superman curse. He's done a lot of movies since Superman Returns:"

That's even funnier! A few bit parts, short films and C movies don't equal to beating the so-called Superman curse. He hasn't had a worthwhile, substantial role since.

This was filmed in the basement of the Los Angeles County Hall of Records. I've been down there so many times for my job. It actually looks less frightening in this short than in real life.

Where they turn to the door (that the werechildren pop out from) is actually another corridor. Not visible in this short, there is a "Pentagon" sticker on the wall there from a scene from Transformers.

@MrReese- My friend, we found our worthwile article!!!! ;)

@Ranger- Yeah routh hasn't beaten the curse but honestly all these crappy roles and bit parts he gets that is flailing his career, he can't blame the superman curse, he only has HIMSELF to blame for being such a shit actor.

@NoRegrets- Preache it to the choir buddy!!! =D Routh really is one of THE WORST actors of our generation

C'mon, I think you guys are really exaggerating. His acting skills aren't that bad. Yes, he's not the best, but he's pretty cool, and his roles are mostly geek stuff. I think he's basically in the acting business for the joy of acting in such roles. He seems to have fun, and he's a nice guy. Let the man be.
