3 Actors To Play "J. Jonah Jameson" in Marvel's SPIDER-MAN

After the groundbreaking news that J.K. Simmons will be playing James Gordon in 2017's "Justice League, Part One," a lot of fans rejoiced, but some, however, were upset that he would not return as the lovable a-hole known as J. Jonah Jameson in Marvel's Spider-Man. Well, I'm here to give you three actors that I think can play Peter Parker's boss.

So J.K. Simmons is playing James Gordon... While that is pretty much perfect casting, some are dissapointed in the fact that he would not return as J. Jonah Jameson in Marvel and Sony's Spider-Man reboot. Now, this should have been expected, considering that it's a reboot, but some are still upset. No need to fear, because I have 3 actors in mind that I think can pull off J. Jonah Jameson. Let's begin...

3. Craig T. Nelson

How can you not see this? This would amazing. He's a great actor and he certianly has the look, and he was my choice for Jameson around the time Amazing Spider-Man was going strong. Despite being a little older, I think he has the chops to pull off an angry hothead boss. So what do you think, yay or nay?

2. Gary Oldman

Talk about a switcharoo. Jameson playing Gordon, and Gordon playing Jameson. What can I say? It's a hilarious idea and Gary Oldman is a cool dude. He's one of my favorite actors, so why not?

1. Hugh Laurie

House, M.D. as J. Jonah Jameson? This is pretty much excellence in every way. I can see him the most doing this role and I can hardly think of anybody else doing it, except for the previous two. He's old enough and he looks like he'd do the best job, in my personal opinion. What do you think?

Well, these were my choices for J. Jonah Jameson in Marvel's Spider-Man. What do you say? Got anybody else in mind?

Good choices.

What about Ted Danson or Tom Hanks?

Funny thing is that I could totally see Oldman doing the role. How about Stephen Lang?
